Overwatch's new PvE mode Retribution is in full swing and many fans are enjoying the new Venice map, with quite a few wondering if it will make it into the game's PvP modes. Jeff Kaplan, the title's lead designer, addressed that question and the answer should please those curious fans.

Overwatch's official forums are where many of the game's fans were asking when the map, called Rialto, would be appearing in PvP and that is where Kaplan provided an answer. His response was short, sweet and, as an added bonus, also included another item that will be making its way to PTR this month.

Kaplan stated Rialto should be showing up on PTR within the next couple of weeks. Fans can also expect the Hanzo rework to hit the PTR sometime this month, though there wasn't a time frame given for it. The exact details of the Hanzo rework are yet to be revealed, but speculation is that some of his abilities are either being tweaked or outright replaced.

With the new Retribution PvE game mode and event live right now, there are plenty of goodies Blizzard is offering for those who take part. Most notably are new skins for some of the game's characters. Doomfist and Sombra are both getting Talon outfits, along with Hanzo getting a new one called Scion.

The new event allows players to take part in a Blackwatch operation that has 4 players working cooperatively to survive an enemy onslaught while waiting to be extracted from a covert mission gone awry. The four available characters for the PvE mission are McCree, Moira, Genji and Reaper. The original Uprising mission is also available to play during Retribution, as well.

A lot has been happening with Overwatch over the last few months. From the Lunar event Year of the Dog coming to an end to the teases leading up to the Retribution event. Of course, we can't forget other big changes like new character Brigitte being added to the roster of playable heroes.

Last, but not least, Overwatch League play is in full swing, now being in Stage 3 of its inaugural season. There has also been more player controversy in the league as well, with Boston Uprising player Jonathan 'DreamKazper' Sanchez being suspended over allegations of inappropriate relations with a minor.

Overwatch is currently available for PC, PS4, and Xbox One, with the Retribution event running through April 30th.
