The Overwatch community is filled with creative gamers, with fan art, skin concepts, replicas, and cosplay constantly being shared. While there have been plenty of great Overwatch cosplays in the past, especially for the beloved mech pilot D.Va, it would be hard to top Ena Fox’s take on the gamer.

Posing upside down like D.Va does in her “Peace” victory pose, Ena Fox’s cosplay perfectly captures every aspect of D.Va’s look. The cosplay starts off strong, with Fox donning the hair style and color of Hana Song while wearing a replica of D.Va’s headset on her head. Either sharing D.Va’s eye color naturally or replicating it through contact lenses, Fox's look boasts an impressive level of detail only seen in the best D.Va cosplays. As expected, D.Va’s signature pink face paint is worn by the cosplayer as well.

While there are plenty of D.Va skin concepts that Fox could have adapted in her cosplay, she went with the classic design — nailing the default look of the mech pilot. D.Va’s loose gloves and metallic neckpiece look as if they were pulled straight out of an Overwatch match, while the character’s bunny logo can be seen below the neck armor. Small metallic bars can be seen above and below Fox’s chest as well as on her knees, with this small detail being remembered from D.Va’s suit.

One final detail on the costume showcases the Blizzard logo and D.Va’s in-universe eSports teams running down the cosplayer’s right leg. A nice touch that adds to the quality Overwatch cosplay, the branding would be an easy thing to forget. The pink background can also be viewed as the top of D.Va’s mech with a little imagination, adding an extra layer of creativity to the post. However, there is still one final addition that completes the look.

Fully capturing the “baby D.Va” look, Ena Fox can be seen wielding a replica of D. Va’s weapon. While there have been other great Overwatch weapon replicas shared in the past, using one alongside a cosplay always adds a bit of extra flare to the image. D.Va’s light gun can be surprisingly effective in-game, and the small weapon is captured perfectly in Fox’s image. Covered in lights and a D.Va spray while also including a keychain on the handle, the weapon is fitting of the spectacular cosplay posted by Fox.

A lot of effort clearly went into the passionate cosplayer’s D.Va outfit, and Fox is deserving of the praise she has received for the costume thus far. With D.Va set to get a new look in the upcoming sequel Overwatch 2, Ena Fox and other cosplayers should have plenty more opportunities ahead of them.

Overwatch is available now on PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
