Overwatch's Archives 2019 event, Storm Rising, will kick off on Tuesday, April 16. Like past Archives event, Storm Rising will add a brand new co-op story mission for Overwatch players to experience, with this one taking place in Havana, Cuba as previously teased by the Overwatch team. The Overwatch Archives 2019 event will also feature exclusive skins for players to unlock, with new legendary skins for Moira and Baptiste already revealed.

As usual, Blizzard has used the official Overwatch Twitter account to reveal the new legendary skins for Moira and Baptiste. The Overwatch Archives 2019 Moira skin sees the healer character dressed as a scientist, whereas the Baptiste skin is based on his Talon appearance.

It's interesting that the first two legendary skins revealed for the Storm Rising event are focused on healer characters. It's possible that will be a theme for the entire event, but that remains to be seen. Overwatch fans can expect more legendary skins for the Storm Rising event to be revealed on the official Overwatch Twitter account over the next few days as we near the start of Archives 2019 on April 16.

If past Overwatch Archives events are any indication, the new skins added as part of the Archives 2019 Storm Rising event will likely be less over-the-top as skins than the skins usually are for the holiday events. Since the annual Archives events are story-based, the skins are a bit more grounded and true to the characters, so don't expect to see anything like the Witch Mercy costume from Halloween.

Even so, the new legendary skins added as part of Overwatch Archives 2019 should still be stylish, and they will no doubt be coveted by hardcore Overwatch fans that want to unlock every skin. Anyone looking to unlock all of the Overwatch Archives 2019 skins should plan ahead, as the event will only last from April 16 to May 6.

Overwatch is out now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
