Blizzard supposedly has about six or so announcements that it's going to make at BlizzCon 2019, and one of those is expected to be none other than Overwatch 2Overwatch 2 has been rumored since a report by Jason Schreier outed it earlier this year, but subsequent leaks have added even more fuel to the fire. However, the latest Overwatch 2 leak may be the most convincing evidence yet that the game exists.

An image of what is apparently the Overwatch 2 logo and popular hero Tracer has appeared online. There is also an image floating around of a supposed Coca-Cola/Overwatch 2 promotion with the same logo. It's entirely possible that one or both of these images have been faked, so fans should keep that in mind, but even if these Overwatch 2 logos aren't real, all signs point to the game still being announced at BlizzCon 2019 on November 1.

As it stands, there's very little that we know about Overwatch 2 or what it will entail beyond what the supposed "leaks" and rumors tell us. Apparently, Overwatch 2 will have a PvE focus, with some at Blizzard even comparing the game to Valve's Left 4 Dead. Other rumors claim that Overwatch 2 will have both PvE and PvP, though with its own unique twists to stand apart from the original game.

Some of the Overwatch 2 leaks and rumors have been more well-received by fans than others. For example, there is a rumor that Overwatch progression won't carry over to Overwatch 2. If true, this would mean that Overwatch fans won't be able to bring any of the skins or cosmetics that they unlocked in the first into the sequel. Considering the fact that there are many out there who have spent actual money on Overwatch to unlock some of the skins, it's easy to see how this might upset them if it turns out to be true.

Luckily, Overwatch fans won't have to wait too much longer to find out if there is any truth to these rumors. Come BlizzCon 2019 on November 1, we will know if any of the Overwatch 2 leaks and rumors are true, and if this supposed leaked logo is real or not.

Overwatch 2 is rumored to be in development for unspecified platforms.
