Activision Blizzard has created its own version of a hypothetical Dr Disrespect character kit in Overwatch 2 that revolves around the YouTube content creator's personality, stature, and accessories. While it's unlikely that the popular YouTube livestreamer will be converted to an actual Overwatch 2 character, the kit gives fans an idea of how he would play in the hero shooter.

The Overwatch Twitter account has shared an image of what it calls "Doc's kit" which includes his Prototype Scopes, impressive vertical leap, pure enjoyment, and the two-time Ultimate ability which could rival that of Overwatch 2's D.Va or Pharah. These abilities are taken from a mix of things that Dr Disrespect has said on livestream between Twitch and YouTube, and the iconic wardrobe that he always shows up to stream with. Dr Disrespect is more regularly spotted playing Call of Duty: Warzone than Overwatch 2, but given that he just uninstalled Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 after some unlucky deaths, he might give the Activision Blizzard hero shooter another try.

The passive ability that Dr Disrespect's Overwatch 2 kit includes has him having fun "while playing video games," which points to his generally calm demeanor under intense circumstances. Doc's trademarked prototype scopes which he wears on every YouTube livestream allow the Overwatch 2 version of Dr Disrespect to shoot "devastating energy beams directly into the souls of his enemies," which may be more overpowered than anything in the game today. In addition, the vertical leap of Dr Disrespect's kit has the content creator jumping 37 feet in the air for "no particular reason" because of his athletic physique and tall stature.

Dr Disrespect's hypothetical Overwatch 2 Ultimate ability unleashes a devastating blow that puts others in the game to shame as it immediately wipes "the enemy team and wins the match. Twice," which is guaranteed to bring an Overwatch 2 players' win statistics and XP up if the Dr Disrespect hero was real. Given that Overwatch 2 wins help with progressing through the battle pass, some Dr Disrespect fans wish that the imaginary kit and its Ultimate were actually in the game. Unlike the imagined Dr Disrespect hero in Overwatch 2, NBA 2K23 has cosmetics of the two-time champion which he often plays as on the latest installment of NBA 2K.

While some Dr Disrespect fans took the Overwatch tweet as an excuse to proclaim their favorite catchphrases of the YouTube content creator, others referenced various points of his career. Many Overwatch 2 players expressed their enthusiasm for the hypothetical new hero, but one suggested that Sojourn still has a more powerful kit than Doc's.

Overwatch 2 is available now for Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
