This adorable co-op indie game is perfect for those who enjoy chaotic games while on the clock. Up to four players can come together to try and get the highest score while working with each other, or against one another. The Unbread has come back to Overcooked 2, so players must do what they can to save the world!
Not only is this game too adorable from the Overworld to the iconic Kevin, but the multiple chefs that can be unlocked throughout the game can be a cuteness-overload. While some chefs are unlocked right off the bat when purchasing Overcooked 2, there are others that can be obtained through updates, DLC’s, or packs. Here are some of the cutest Fantastic chefs that players can choose, and how to obtain them.
6 Dragon
The “Chinese New Year” update is free for players and gives new chefs along with a new map and kitchens. A Survival Mode is also added, allowing players get extra time added to the clock with every dish they serve, and will need to try to stay alive as long as possible.
The Dragon is one of the two new chefs added, giving players a beautiful character to play as. His character design is elegant and detailed, making him one of the best Fantastic chefs in the game.
5 Snowman
Another free update, “Kevin’s Christmas Cracker”, gives players new kitchens, recipes, and chefs that live up to the festive winter experience. This update also allows for a Practice feature, which allows players to spend as much time in the kitchen with unlimited time and orders, to work their way up to a master at cooking.
The Snowman is an adorable chef that will likely give any player a cozy, snowy feeling when using him. Though he has a simple design, no one can deny that his warm smile and adorable hat isn’t a fantastically adorable creation.
4 Unicorn
As the DLC’s promotional photo, the Unicorn was one of the prized chefs for the “Too Many Cooks” pack, which gives players an additional four chefs other than the Unicorn.
Not only does the Unicorn have a cool look about her with her wispy rainbow hair to bring out some beauty in the kitchen, but her amazing sunglasses add a mysterious and cool way about her. While the DLC is not free, it only costs $3 on Steam, so players can catch this chef whenever they have some spare change lying around.
3 Mermaid
The “All At Sea” chef pack was released around the same time as the “Night of the Hangry Horde” DLC, so some might have missed it. It is a free content pack, so fans shouldn’t hesitate on grabbing it.
This pack provides players with five additional chefs, one being the Mermaid.With her amazing purple hair with a shell in her hair, this mermaid is prepared for any rough tides coming her way.
2 Werewolf
The Werewolf is obtained through the DLC, “Night of the Hangry Horde”, which provides players with new chefs, 12 new levels, and a new game mode where the team must go up against hordes of the Unbread. Players can purchase this DLC for $10.
With bright red eyes and fangs, the Werewolf can seem intimidating, until players look at the adorable ears and tail! This creature is like any puppy, making him a howling great time to put on any team. Though his claws might get in the way,
1 Ghost
Like the Werewolf, the Ghost is available when purchasing the DLC, “Night of the Hangry Horde”. Tackle the zombie apples and chili peppers by using this beautiful Ghost, who has unfinished business to take care of.
While her design is simple, barely showing any facial features at all, she is one of the most adorable chefs in Overcooked 2. Her plain blue color pallet works well with her glowing eyes. Having no features makes her seem innocent and adorable, even the chains and lock around her body doesn’t seem troubling when looking at her.
