The release of People Can Fly's Outriders has seen plenty of bugs that have ruined players' experience with the game. Although the worst of the Outriders bugs is slowly disappearing in the rear-view, another one is becoming particularly annoying within the community. That bug falls within the search for the third obelisk in "Old Powers."
Outriders Old Powers Side Quest Bug
Unlike previous Outriders issues, this one isn't particularly game-breaking, but it is one that inevitably hinders player progression through the game. Specifically, the player is apparently required to navigate under or over a log, according to the in-game tracker. However, as described in a Reddit post by user Eipok_Kruden, the log can't be mantled from cover, there isn't a crouch button, and nothing in the environment is shootable.
How To Get Around It
It appears that the in-game tracker is bugged within the Outriders side quest "Old Powers," although Eipok_Kruden managed to figure out where to go by utilizing the map. Coinciding with this, another commenter confirmed that the tracker doesn't properly update and that players would otherwise need to run to the correct zone manually. Once done, players should be able to progress normally.
The post itself is over two weeks old, meaning the issue might not gain traction any time soon. Still, quite a few Redditors have seen the same bug with some giving similar answers. One commenter, Ayste, took it upon themselves to provide a step-by-step breakdown for any others still needing directional help. It also appears that for a select few, quitting and reconnecting as well as traveling to a different zone helped.
Otherwise, for Outriders fans looking to avoid this hiccup entirely and progress the mission, they should follow these directions to each Obelisk:

First, players will want to orient themselves at the travel flag, facing the stairs. On the map, players will be facing towards the Overgrown Statue. The Hidden Ruins Obelisk is up and to the left.

Then, players should do a 180 and go to the river. Making a right and, hugging the right wall, players will be at the Spire Courtyard Obelisk.
- Finally, players will do some backtracking to travel flag in the first step, backs facing the Overgrown Statue once more. Players will now head towards the river and make a left this time, hugging the left wall. This will lead to the Valley Ruins Obelisk.
The developers are hard at work looking into more severe issues regarding the release of Outriders, so a small bug like this probably isn't a priority. The good thing is it's not a true hindrance as, with time, players can ignore the tracker entirely and refer to memory to located the Obelisks. People Can Fly has proven that it's pretty fast when it comes to correcting problems with Outriders anyway, so chances are it'll be fixed before anyone knows it.
