15 Gear Fifth

Gear 5th Luffy Nika

This is Luffy's latest power-up, and it was revealed in the Wano Country arc. Gear Fifth signifies Luffy's awakening, permitting the protagonist to turn everything around him into rubber. While Luffy hasn't shown this form's more serious attacks yet, it wouldn't be right to leave out this transformation.

In this state, Luffy was able to toy against someone as powerful as Kaido, which shows any Gear Fifth attack can give problems to any character.

14 Puncture Willie

Trafalgar Law Ope Ope no Mi Awakening Puncture Wille

Luffy isn't the only Supernova who used his awakening in the Wano Country arc. Trafalgar Law demonstrated the power of his notoriously powerful Ope Ope no Mi in his fight against Big Mom. Puncture Willie is an awakened Devil Fruit attack that involves Law getting to a higher position than his target, and then he uses his Kikoku to ensure that the target stays put.

The sword keeps on extending until it reaches a certain depth after which it releases a destructive shockwave. This is easily one of the strongest attacks to be revealed in One Piece.

13 Raigou

Enel's Raigo

Doflamingo only used the Bird Cage when he wanted to prevent anyone from escaping. It can easily destroy the entire population of an island.
