To get into the powers of Rob Lucci's Awakening, one must understand the nature of his Devil Fruit. As evident from the very name of the Devil Fruit, Lucci has eaten a Zoan Type of Devil Fruit the parent category of which is the Neko Neko no Mi, or the Cat Cat Fruit. With its powers, Lucci can turn himself into a leopard at will, however, he rarely ever does that. This is due to the other form of the Devil Fruit that all Zoans offer, called the Hybrid form. Once in hybrid form, Lucci attains a body that is a hybrid between a leopard and a human. As such, he has all the powers of a leopard but in a human's body, which makes it more mobile and better suited to combat. Fans saw Lucci use these powers extensively during his fight against Luffy in the Enies Lobby arc.

Lucci has also mastered several other techniques that allow him to use his Devil Fruit to the maximum, such as Life Return. Using these powers, he can manipulate the muscle mass in his body and, and depending on the situation that he is faced with, either increase or decrease it. At the same time, he can incorporate the Rokushiki with his Devil Fruit and make himself even stronger in combat. His leaner forms are a direct result of the usage of one such art, called Kami E.

While Rob Lucci has certainly grown stronger with his awakening, the question remains, how strong is the exactly with his new powers. To answer that, fans have to look at the type of Devil Fruit that he possesses. Rob Lucci is a regular Zoan type, meaning his awakening is not going to be as powerful as the likes of the Mythical Zoans and the Ancient Zoans. That said, among the Zoans, he is a carnivorous type, who are known for their extreme bloodlust and are said to grow stronger as their bloodlust increases. Now that he has awakened, Lucci is most likely much more ferocious than he once was.

His Devil Fruit grants him the ability to recover from attacks quicker and, on top of that, most certainly grants him increased speed, strength, and resilience. At the same time, Lucci is also an incredible user of Haki and, when combined with his Devil Fruit powers, grows even more difficult to fight. At the same time, his already incredible Rokushiki arts have now been perfected. Lucci now uses several strong attacks such as the Hand Pistol, among others. He's among the strongest World Government officials at the moment, however, when compared to the likes of the Yonko and even the Admirals, Lucci doesn't stand much of a chance. That said, Lucci is certainly quite an adversary for Luffy and one that fans will remember forever.
