One Piece 1060 dropped earlier today and Oda continued to deliver, just as he has with each passing chapter ever since the story entered its final saga. Previously, fans got to see big events unfolding in Amazon Lily, an island in the Calm Belt ruled by Hancock. Yonko Blackbeard was seen invading the island and the Kuja had to fight off them, along with the Navy as well.

With Oda getting the ordeal of the Kuja out of way, all eyes are now on the Revolutionary Army, Sabo, and the Straw Hat Pirates. One Piece 1060 tacked all the events in a brilliant and cathartic fashion as Oda delivered what could be one of the very best chapters in the post-Wano era of the manga. With events covering Luffy's dream, Sabo's fate, and even the power of Imu, One Piece went firing on all cylinders.

Luffy's Dream

Luffy's Dream One Piece

Luffy's dream is one of the most important secrets in the One Piece series that fans don't know the answer to just yet. For the longest time, most people assumed that Luffy wanting to become the King of the Pirates was his dream, however, slowly, things unfolded in a manner that made it apparent that Luffy was actually only using the title of Pirate King as a means to serve his true dream. Roger, the former King of the Pirates, also held the same dream as Luffy, as evident from when he fought against Whitebeard and declared his true goal to both him and Oden at the same time. Whether Roger managed to succeed in his goal or not remains to be seen, however, his dream was, undoubtedly, the same as the one that Luffy carries.

In One Piece 1060, fans saw Luffy declare his true dream to all the members of his crew for the very first time. Fans, naturally, didn't get to hear what his dream was, however, the reaction of the crew was seen in the chapter and it goes without saying that it was full of laughter and shock.

Luffy declaring his dream to his crew means that now, all of them know this secret, along with Ace and Sabo, Shanks, Rayleigh, and Yamato. Towards the end of the chapter, the Straw Hat Pirates entered the climate zone of a nearby winter island and, by a twist of fate, also encountered Jewelry Bonney.

Vivi's Fate

One Piece Vivi fate

One Piece 1060 lightly touched upon the subject of Vivi, an honorary member of the Straw Hat Pirates. Vivi joined the crew towards the end of the Whiskey Peak arc. She then traveled with the crew all the way to Alabasta and saved her country in the process. Vivi stayed behind in her country despite being offered the chance to join Luffy's crew. However, she is still a Straw Hat at heart and the crew believes the same, as evident from their reaction to hearing the news about Vivi's disappearance.

Just as Luffy wanted to set sail for Alabasta or even Mariejois to save her, the rest of the crew was ready to set sail for her as well. Zoro, however, erred on the side of caution. Accordingly to him, the crew would only be getting themselves in even more trouble if they went head-in in any of the two places.

Furthermore, Zoro also suggested waiting for Vivi to call for help before going to help her, suggesting that he has great faith in her abilities as a fighter and, more importantly, a leader as well. Seeing as this was the wisest decision, the crew ended up listening to Zoro as well. For now, Vivi's fate remains unknown and fans will have to wait.

The Destruction Of Lulusia

Lulusia-Kingdom-is-destroyed-1

Lulusia Kingdom was first revealed in the story during Ace's great hunt for Blackbeard, long before the Paramount War in the story. After the Whole Cake Island arc, this island is where the Revolutionary Army commanders gathered and helped the people defeat Pinkbeard. In One Piece 1060, fans saw Sabo call Dragon from the Lulusia Kingdom and inform him about the existence of someone who sat atop the Empty Throne.

Before Sabo could reveal the identity of the person, Imu managed to learn where he is and proceeded to use his powers to wipe out the entire island. Somehow, by marking an 'X' atop a map over the island, a strange floating body was seen over the clouds. Soon after, it shot a blast capable of wiping out the entire island. By the looks of it, every single citizen of the island, and even Sabo of the Revolutionary Army, got caught up in the massive explosion. While fans don't know what exactly the power that Imu holds is, it is likely to be an Ancient Weapon, since only those weapons are capable of destroying islands in a single blast.

Fans have already been introduced to Poseidon and Pluton lies underneath Wano Country, meaning the Ancient Weapon that Imu controls currently is the Uranus. With a new island to explore and the fate of Sabo left hanging, One Piece is set to get even more intense than ever before.
