The Wano Country arc's significance to One Piece cannot be underestimated. Not only did the arc capture the attention of the fans with its incredible fights, but it also provided plenty of information about historical figures. The bundle of information wasn't limited to just the events happening in Wano, but it also encapsulated many notable events that were taking place in the outside world.
One of the biggest revelations in the Wano Country arc was related to the Yonko. With the downfall of Big Mom and Kaido, two new spots opened up, and they were filled by Monkey D. Luffy and Buggy. Given the events taking place all over the One Piece world, the World Government gave them new bounties, and in this list, we have ranked the new Yonko according to their bounties.
4 Monkey D. Luffy
Heading into the Wano Country arc, Luffy was only a member of the Worst Generation, who still had a long way to go before he could match the strength of a Yonko. During his first clash with Kaido, Luffy was utterly humiliated, but their next meeting was completely different. Luffy managed to master Ryou, and later, he learned how to coat his body with Conqueror's Haki. But, his biggest power-up was the awakening of his devil fruit, which was revealed to be a mythical zoan type devil fruit named Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika.
The devil fruit's awakening granted Luffy unimaginable power to the point where his attacks seemed surreal and out of a comic book. He was able to avoid Kaido's attacks in the most bizarre ways possible, which even surprised the King of Beasts himself. Luffy's devil fruit now firmly puts him into a position where he can take on the strongest of characters in the series. Due to his exploits in Wano, the World Government increased his bounty to 3,000,000,000 berries, and he was named as one of the two new Yonko.
3 Buggy

Buggy formerly served as a Shichibukai, but after the system's dissolution, he had to find new ways to fend for himself. As the Marines began to surround Buggy's hideout, he grew increasingly anxious, and he decided to make a run for it. However, Buggy still had some luck left as Sir Crocodile arrived and got rid of the Marines. To the Marines, it seemed that Buggy had managed to turn Crocodile and Mihawk into underlings, but that was not the case. They simply wanted to use Buggy to take the brunt of the Marines.
The Marines already knew that Buggy was a part of the Roger Pirates, and getting two very powerful pirates to work under him only increased his notoriety, which is why they anointed Buggy as a Yonko. Buggy is very weak and can hardly fight against the monsters of the New World, but due to his reputation, he received a bounty of 3,189,000,000 berries.
2 Marshall D. Teach
After crushing the remnants of the Whitebeard Pirates in the Payback War, Blackbeard became a Yonko. His rise to the status of a Yonko is a marvel in itself. Not long after leaving the Whitebeard Pirates, Blackbeard defeated Portgas D. Ace and offered him to the World Government. The World Government was impressed by Teach and made him a Shichibukai. Blackbeard wanted to become a Shichibukai so that he could infiltrate Impel Down without any problems; there, he recruited several new members and strengthened his crew.
Then Blackbeard headed to Marineford, where he stole Whitebeard's devil fruit and became the only known person with two devil fruits. Blackbeard's biggest strengths are his two extremely overpowered devil fruits, one of which can nullify the ability of other devil fruits while the other can create powerful quakes. Blackbeard's most significant involvement after the time-skip came in the recent chapters when he went to Amazon Lily to steal Boa Hancock's devil fruit. As expected, Blackbeard managed to overwhelm almost everyone. His new bounty of 3,996,000,000 berries puts him just behind Shanks.
1 Shanks
With the fall of Big Mom and Kaido, Shanks is now the longest-serving and the strongest Yonko. Before Luffy's induction, Shanks also held the honor of being the youngest Yonko. Kaido rated Shanks very highly as he included him on a list of characters who could hurt him. The Marines and the World Government also hold Shanks in very high regard. It was only due to his intervention at Marineford that Sengoku called off the war, and the pirates were able to survive. Even the Five Elders treat Shanks with a great deal of respect.
Shanks is able to use all three kinds of Haki and needless to say, he has excellent control over all of them. Shanks' burst of Conqueror's Haki scared Admiral Ryokugyu, who was previously fighting against the Scabbards, and Momonosuke without any problem. Shanks' true strength remains a mystery, but the upcoming arcs will definitely provide the audience with some kind of insight into his powers. With a bounty of 4,048,900,000 berries, Shanks has the highest bounty among all the Yonko.
