The Revolutionary Army is one of the biggest forces in the world of One Piece. Led by the revolutionary Monkey D. Dragon, the Revolutionary Army aim to overthrow the Celestial Dragons and make the world a better place. Over the years, this organization has continued to grow in power and influence and forced the world to take them seriously.
Along with Luffy's father, Dragon, the Revolutionary Army is home to some of the mightiest characters in the One Piece world and will only grow into a bigger threat with time as their members show their true worth.
7 Ivankov - Bounty: At Least 100 Million Berries
Ivankov is the commander of the Grand Line forces of the Revolutionary Army. He was in the government prison Impel Down by his own volition, where he was serving a purpose for Monkey D. Dragon. Ivankov was a prisoner in Level 5 of Impel Down, where criminals with a bounty greater than 100 million berries are kept.
At some point, he completely vanished and created New Kama land in level 5.5 of the prison. Given the fact that he commands the Grand Line army, it is likely next to only Sabo and Dragon.
6 Morley - Bounty: 293 Million Berries
Morley is the commander of the West forces of the Revolutionary Army and out of all the commanders, she has the lowest bounty of all at 293 million berries. Being a giant, Morley has a lifespan far greater than an average human and is currently 160 years old.
At some point, she was imprisoned in Impel Down where she dug level 5.5 using her Oshi Oshi no Mi powers. At the same time, Morley also has the power to use both Armament and Observation Haki. Her true strength in battle hasn't been seen, however, in the war against the Celestial Dragons, fans will finally get to see what she's truly capable of.
5 Lindbergh - Bounty: 316 Million Berries
Lindbergh commands the South Army of the Revolutionary Army and has a higher bounty than Morley at 316 million berries. Like Morley, he can also use both Armament and Observation Haki, however, his true power lies in his inventions.
He has quite an advanced mind and often develops new weapons that he uses in combat. Furthermore, Lindbergh is also a skilled fighter when it comes to hand-to-hand combat as he is a member of the Mink Tribe, specifically a short cat mink. Lindbergh is, thus, also capable of using Electro, which makes him quite dangerous.
4 Karasu - Bounty: 400 Million Berries
Karasu leads the North forces of the Revolutionary Army and is one of their strongest members. He has quite a menacing appearance and he is also skilled in the usage of both Haki types, like the other commanders. Karasu is also a user of an unnamed Devil Fruit which is possibly a Zoan-type and allows him to transform into a murder of crows at will.
He can control each crow individually as well, as seen when he carried Sabo from Dressrosa to Baltigo. His true strength hasn't been seen yet but he's strong enough to fight against a Navy Admiral when together with his group of commanders, as seen during the Reverie arc.
3 Belo Betty - Bounty: 457 Million Berries
Belo Betty has the highest bounty out of all the main commanders of the Revolutionary Army at 457 million berries. She commands the East forces of the Revolutionary Army, which makes her bounty even more impressive as people from that sea have a low bounty average.
Betty has the power of the Kobu Kobu no Mi which allows her to cheer others on and bring our their latent powers. Her Devil Fruit motivates people to fight for themselves and is perfect for representing what the Revolutionary Army is all about. She is also a user of two Haki types, like the other commanders of the Revolutionary Army.
2 Sabo - Bounty: 602 Million Berries
Sabo is an incredibly powerful person and the Chief of Staff of the Revolutionary Army, which means his rank is second only to Dragon. He was trained by Monkey D. Dragon himself, meaning he's quite skilled. Sabo is a user of both Armament and Observation Haki.
His control over Armament Haki is especially powerful as he is capable of using Ryou as well. Sabo has developed his own fighting style, known as Ryusoken, that allows him to use his fists like claws of a dragon. What's more, he also has the power of the Logia-type Mera Mera no Mi which allows him to become flames and control them at will. Sabo is easily one of the strongest characters in the story.
1 Monkey D. Dragon - Bounty: Unknown
Dragon is the Supreme Commander of the Revolutionary Army and the leader of the organization. He's extremely powerful, as is implied by the status that he holds. Over the years, Dragon has come to be known as the World's Worst Criminal and is quite feared by the World Government.
The fact that he leads the Revolutionary Army means that he's the most capable person in the organization. Sadly, Dragon's bounty hasn't been revealed yet, however, it is likely much greater than 1 billion berries, given that he's the worst criminal in history. Dragon is also a user of Conqueror's Haki, as confirmed by the Navy during the Marineford arc. He's also likely a user of both Observation and Armament Haki as well. Furthermore, certain instances in the story imply that he has a Devil Fruit power related wind as well, however, this bit remains unconfirmed to this day.
