One Piece fans were treated to a spectacular episode last week that brought the fight between Sanji and Queen to its conclusion. The buildup to the duel was intense. Queen used Germa's technology in an attempt to hurt Sanji both physically and mentally. Queen had made several enhancements to his body that allowed him to use the abilities of Sanji's siblings. Normally, this tactic would not have worked, but Sanji was in a state of confusion after awakening his latent genetic powers. The Straw Hat pirate was not happy with the development, as it served as a reminder of his father's and his siblings' cruel behavior.
Sanji deliberated for a while and ultimately decided to fight Queen, but he asked Zoro to kill him in case something went wrong. Following his conversation with Zoro, Sanji focused on defeating Queen. He used his new powers and combined them with Busoshoku Haki to create Ifrit Jambe. This new style of fighting covered Sanji's legs with blue flames, which are much hotter than regular flames. Sanji used his speed to get close to Queen and unleash a deadly combo that he finished off with Boeuf Burst. The sequence was beautifully animated, and the addition of other moments from Sanji's past made One Piece Episode 1061 even better. This is Sanji's biggest victory to date, and considering that he didn't have to work hard, it means that he can reach even greater heights in the future. The defeat of Queen is a big blow to the Beasts Pirates' hopes of winning the war, but there are some characters who are still standing, one of them being King.
Release Date
One Piece Episode 1062 will be released on May 21, 2023. It was supposed to air on May 14, but the official Twitter account for One Piece announced the anime would be releasing a recap episode that would cover the developments of Zoro's fight with King. The two characters have been locked in a duel ever since Zoro consumed the miracle drug. One Piece Episode 1062 is going to be titled "Three Sword Style of The Supreme King Zoro VS King." From the name, it's evident that the episode will focus on the fight between the two behemoths. Zoro has struggled a lot, mostly because of his inability to hurt King. His problems were exacerbated because Enma was continuously draining his Haki, causing him to be distracted. After realizing that the sword was testing him, Zoro managed to bring it under control.
In the episode, Zoro will try to figure out a way to bypass King's defenses. The All-Star's Lunarian traits make it almost impossible to hurt him in combat. Judging from Sanji's fight with Queen, Zoro will likely come up with a new style of fighting to take down King. It is possible that the new style might incorporate Zoro's Haoshoku Haki. As seen during Luffy's fight with Kaido, Haoshoku Haki amplifies the power of an attack by many folds. So, if Zoro is able to imbue his attacks with it, then he definitely stands a chance at defeating King. Once the winner of this fight is announced, there are just two more major battles that remain unfinished. The first one is between Trafalgar Law, Eustass Kid, and Big Mom. The two young pirates managed to damage the Emperor by using their Devil Fruit Awakenings, but there is only so much they can achieve with their powers. The biggest fight is taking place on the rooftop between Kaido and Luffy. Needless to say, the winners of these two fights will determine the future of Wano.

Crunchyroll will be releasing the episode in subbed format. The official English-dubbed episode will be released at a later date by Funimation.
