The Switch also offers a huge library of games that can't be played anywhere else, such as The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Super Mario Odyssey. However, there are some things that make other consoles better, even if it's just simple features that make things easier for gamers, like the use of folders.The newest update for the Nintendo Switch allows players to put their games into folders, something that they have wanted since the console first came out. In the past, players would have a harder time finding the game they wanted to play as they downloaded more of them over time. They could only sort the games based on the one they played last, how long they played them, alphabetically, or by the games' publishers.
Instead of going through that tedious process, Nintendo Switch players are happy that they can now make a folder, known as a "group," and select each game they want to put in it, as long as they have downloaded at least 12 games. Then, they simply need to go into whichever group they added to find the game they want to play and select it, which is much easier than how it used to be.
These groups are even better than folders from some other consoles. Players can create 100 groups in total, each of them holding as many as 200 titles. They are also able to add a game into multiple groups.
After this new update, some fans are hoping that Nintendo will add other features that they have been wanting for a long time, such as being able to customize the Switch's home screen with different themes, rather than just having a white or black background. As for now, a lot of Switch owners are happy that Nintendo has listened to them and added this feature that makes it easier to select which game they want to play.
