E3 2019 is quickly approaching and as a result, more and more rumors and leaks have surfaced regarding confirmed games for E3 2019 and other information related to the event. Most recently, one Twitter user who claims to have knowledge of gaming industry information and secrets suggests that Nintendo's E3 2019 Direct will be around 45 minutes long.

Like the past few years, Nintendo has elected to skip this year's E3 conference in favor of an E3 2019 Direct presentation. Previously, they had been titled a "digital event" and have traditionally varied in length, but Nintendo's E3 2018 presentation was about 42 minutes in length so there is credibility to the rumor.

The leak of this length comes from PeekyBird! on Twitter. The user had stated frankly in a tweet that Nintendo's E3 2019 press conference will be 45 minutes and didn't offer anything beyond that.

This information should be taken with a grain of salt as there has been no official confirmation from Nintendo. However, it is worth noting that PeekyBird! had correctly predicted that a Nintendo Direct would be held in April, so they have a decent track record.

Regardless, it is possible to see credibility in the information from PeekyBird! After all, another rumor states that Nintendo will announce more than 20 games at E3 2019. If that is indeed the case, then a Nintendo Direct length of approximately 45 minutes sounds about right.

Plus, there is a host of games that players still don't know much about. For example, despite rumored 2019 releases, gamers like Luigi's Mansion 3 and Animal Crossing on Switch are still relatively unknown. Meanwhile, there are other titles in the void that could make an appearance as well, including Bayonetta 3, Astral Chain, and Fire Emblem: The Three Houses.

In any event, Nintendo's 45-minute E3 presentation is likely to feature some anticipated content and a variety of surprises. Many are probably disappointed that the new renditions of the Switch won't be making an appearance. Although, it usually goes that Nintendo may have some exciting tricks up its sleeves. You can watch Nintendo's E3 2019 Direct June 11 at 9am PT.
