A new announcement trailer for Ryan's Rescue Squad was released yesterday that tells the story and shows some of the gameplay, which is reminiscent of the popular Mario games and other platformers. The game will feature collectibles such as sun coins, surprise eggs, and more with the surprise eggs used to unlock new shop items. The game will allow players to control not only Ryan but the rest of his friends as well, including Gill’s Barrels, Moe Spaceship, Peck’s Slime, a large Shelldon, and others who can assist Ryan.

Players will find them as they play through the game and rescue them from the various locations. On top of that, players can choose to play as either Ryan or one of the other characters, such as Combo Panda, Alpha Lexa, or Gus the Gummy Gator. Players can customize their characters with a variety of alien hats, gamer gear, and more they can find or purchase in the game. Ryan's Rescue Squad also allows players to invite either a friend or other player to join them in local two-player mode. Players can team up and play various minigames available in the game, like Spaceship Flight, the Floor is Lava, Bulls Eye, and Fire at Will.

Outright Games has also published various other video games, some of which are based on children's properties. Games like My Friend Peppa Pig, PAW Patrol: On a Roll, Blaze and the Monster Machines Axle City Racers, The Addams Family: Mansion Mayhem, and more. It will also publish a game for DC called DC League of Super-Pets: The Adventures of Krypto and Ace, based on the upcoming animated movie DC League of Super-Pets.
