Years in the making, boasting a stunning and varied cast of super heroes and game characters, Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds storms retailers this week. The casual-friendly but hardcore capable fighter intends to broaden the inroads made by Super Street Fighter 4, restoring fighting games to their rightful place in the libraries of gamers everywhere. An amazing array of alternate costumes and a stellar final boss are the icing on the proverbial cake. Stay tuned to Game Rant for the final word on whether this one connects, or swings and misses. Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds will be available for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation3 February 15, 2011.

Kicking off Microsoft's Xbox Live Arcade House Party for 2011 is Hard Corps: Uprising. It may not be as highly anticipated as Beyond Good and Evil HD or Torchlight, and it may not offer the massively multiplayer online experience of Full House Poker, but for fans of Contra-esque action, Hard Corps: Uprising looks set to deliver. It'll be available on XBLA February 16, 2011.

With all the talk about the Nintendo 3DS, current DS owner may be feeling a bit left out. Fear not, because this week brings the release of Dragon Quest VI: Realms of Revelation. A remake of the never-released-in-the-West Super Nintendo classic, Dragon Quest VI should keep DS role players busy for a long time to come. Look for it today.

As always, we want to hear from you. What games will you be picking up this week? What games on the horizon are you most looking forward to? And who will make up your primary MvC3 team?
