Much like its daytime version, the Blushing Beach (Night) course in New Pokemon Snap doesn't have too many requests for players to complete. There are seven of them in total, although most of them won't become available until players have reached research level 2 for the course. Thankfully, due to all of the great photo opportunities that are on offer, this shouldn't take too long for players who know what they're doing.

The majority of the requests in Beach (Night) involve multiple Pokemon and so there can be quite a few steps involved when it comes to completing them. Thankfully, however, there's nothing particularly complicated, so most players should be able to get everything wrapped up fairly quickly. That said, there is a fairly difficult Illumina Orb shot that players will need to make on multiple occasions, so those with poor aim may need to spend a bit of time practicing in order to persevere.

An Easy Mistake to Make Request Guide

The An Easy Mistake to Make request in the Blushing Beach (Night) course in New Pokemon Snap

To complete the An Easy Mistake to Make request for Todd, players will need to use a trail of Fluffruit to lead a Crabrawler over to a sleeping Exeggutor. Both Pokemon are right next to players when they first enter the course at research level 2 and so getting the Crabrawler where it needs to be should be fairly straightforward. If players are having trouble though, they can quickly restart their run and try again without losing too much time.

When it's close enough, the Crabrawler will pinch the Exeggutor with its claws which will cause the tree inspired Pokemon to jump up and give chase. Players will need to snap a photo of the Crabrawler as it is being chased with Exeggutor somewhere in the shot. They can also get three and four star photos of Exeggutor here by capturing the moment it gets pinched and then it running after the Crabrawler respectively. This may help those struggling with the Three in a Row request from the daytime version of the course or anyone who just wants a higher rated four star shot of the Pokemon.

Sitting and Waiting Request Guide

The Sitting and Waiting request in the Blushing Beach (Night) course in New Pokemon Snap

Players will need to reach research level 2 before they can tackle the Sitting and Waiting request and will also need to be fairly good at aiming. Right at the beginning the course there is a Primarina sat on a rock out in the ocean and players will need to hit it with a well-placed Illumina Orb so that it jumps in the water. They'll have to wait until the Vivillon have moved first and will then have about ten attempts to make the shot before the Primarina is out of range. If this happens, they'll need to restart the run.

Once they've made the shot, they'll next want to take the alternate route so that they have a good view of the private beach. On a nearby rock, they should see the Primarina from earlier on singing to the nearby crowd and illuminating the Crystabloom beside it will cause it to change songs. At this point, Zangoose will crack the faintest of smiles and players should snap a picture of it when it does. They can also get an easy four star photo of Primarina singing, although it's the shot of Zangoose that is needed for Rita's request.

When Archenemies Meet Request Guide

The When Archenemies Meet request in the Blushing Beach (Night) course in New Pokemon Snap

As with Sitting and Waiting, players will need to reach research level 2 before they can complete the When Archenemies Meet request for Todd. It starts off the exact same way too, with players needing to hit the Primarina off to their right with an Illumina Orb so that it jumps into the ocean and swims away. When this happens, the nearby Zangoose will start to walk away as well.

Before it leaves though, players should throw a Fluffruit into the bush near the stone arch by the Crystabloom. For those having trouble finding it, it's the one in which the two Bellossom were hiding earlier in the day, although a scan while nearby will also guide players to its exact location. When hit with the Fluffruit, an angry Seviper will emerge from the bushes and get into a battle with the passing Zangoose. Players should capture the moment that the pair start attacking each other, while making sure that Seviper is the subject and that at least some part of Zangoose is somewhere in the shot. For those looking to completely fill out their Photodex, this is an easy way to get good four star photos of both Pokemon.

Inkay by Moonlight Request Guide

The Inkay by Moonlight request in the Blushing Beach (Night) course in New Pokemon Snap

The Inkay By Moonlight request is similar to some of the other requests in New Pokemon Snap in that it requires players to lure Pokemon to a specific location. This time, however, players actually want the Pokemon to eat the Fluffruit they're throwing down. Their aim is to get a group of five Inkay together in the same spot and then use the Melody player so that they jump into the air for a four star photo opportunity, but getting them all where they need to be will require quite a bit of work.

Just before passing under the stone arch at the end of the first beach section, players will need to feed a Fluffruit to both of the Inkay in the water to their right. After passing through the arch, they'll see another Inkay and should feed it a Fluffruit as well as throwing two more for the Inkay from earlier on which will now be following the NEO-ONE. There's another Inkay just past the rock with the Pyukumuku on it and then a final one near the rock with the Octillery and the Crystabloom. Players will need to feed each Inkay a Fluffruit at each spot to ensure that they keep following. A little further along the course, the Inkay get in formation and it's at this point that players should use the Melody player and prepare to snap a photo when they're all out of the water.

A Casual Gesture Request Guide

The A Casual Gesture request in the Blushing Beach (Night) course in New Pokemon Snap

Players can complete the A Casual Gesture request for Rita at research level 1 simply by following the default route and then illuminating the Crystabloom that's next to Octillery. This will cause it to shoot ink into the air and then scratch its head a few moments later. It can sometimes take a while for it to perform the gesture though, so it can help to turn around and zoom the camera in to slow the momentum of the NEO-ONE and buy a little more time.

It's also possible to get a photo of Octillery scratching its head at research level 2, although the method for doing so is slightly different. Players will instead need to get the Seviper out of the bush near the stone arch by throwing a Fluffruit or two at it. It will then show up on the rock near Octillery a little later on and illuminating the Crystabloom when Octillery starts to cry will this time cause it to release a devastating ink attack and then scratch its head a few moments later. If players capture the attack on camera and make sure that Seviper is somewhere in the shot, they can also get a nice four star photo of Octillery using this method.

Fins Aflutter Request Guide

The Fins Aflutter request in the Blushing Beach (Night) course in New Pokemon Snap

Although it's possible to get a four star photo of Finneon simply by hitting them with Illumina Orbs and then using the Melody Player, players will need to take a slightly different approach to complete the Fins Aflutter request for Todd. They'll instead have to find the Octillery on the final beach and then throw a Fluffruit at the Sandygast in front of it to make the sandcastle Pokemon reveal itself.

If all goes to plan, the Octillery will get scared and rush into the water, which will also scare the life out of a nearby school of Finneon. Three of them will leap into the air and players will need to get a photo of the trio before they land back in the water. They're usually bunched quite closely together and so a close-up of the moment is definitely achievable, although some players may want to opt for a wide shot just to guarantee that they get all three of the Pokemon in.

Bigger! Even Bigger! Request Guide

The Bigger! Even Bigger! request in the Blushing Beach (Night) course in New Pokemon Snap

Once players hit research level 2, Sandygast starts showing up on the beach at the end of the course and the Bigger! Even Bigger! request becomes available. Todd wants a photo of Sandygast taking control of another Pokemon, so players should head to the final beach section and lure the nearby Crabrawler to the first Sandygast they see with a trail of Fluffruit.

Players will be able to identify the Sandygast by the red spade sticking out of the ground and when Crabrawler gets close enough, it will finally reveal its true form. Shortly after, it will use its powers on the clueless Crabrawler which will then start to scoop sand onto Sandygast causing it to grow dramatically in size. Once it stops growing, players will be able to get a four star photo of it to complete the quest. They should make sure that it's definitely at its maximum size first though as otherwise the photo won't count and also take the opportunity to get an easy four star shot of Crabrawler while they're at it.
