CD Projekt RED confirms that it is just two months away from revealing new Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay to the public. At the Xbox press conference at E3 2019, CD Projekt RED revealed a brand new trailer for the game, but the studio also showed extended gameplay to the media that members of the public weren't able to see.

After teasing that new Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay would be coming after Gamescom 2019, which takes place between August 20 - 24, CD Projekt RED's global community lead Marcin Momot confirmed the new gameplay is coming at PAX West. PAX West will take place between August 30 and September 2. Momot didn't provide a date of when this new gameplay will be released, but it means that Cyberpunk 2077 fans only have two months to wait until they can see the game again.

The new gameplay will provide fans with as much of a look at the game as the Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay that was released last year. That gameplay clocked in at more than 48 minutes and showed the player character V as they travelled through Night City, secured a chip, and blasted their way through enemies in a high-rise building.

Previews written up by media say that the gameplay shows a new Night City faction. V will have to work with a group called the Voodoo Boys as the leader knows about a brain chip that could potentially make someone immortal. The player character is also seen breaking into the base of a gang called the Animals. The Animals are a gang of bodybuilders who use something called Juice,

Fans will also get to see another look at Keanu Reeves' character Johnny Silverhand. There was huge applause when Reeves stepped on stage at E3 2019 and fans were delighted to hear that he would be in the game and that he would be able to help V out of tight spots. The new gameplay may only give fans a small look at Reeves' character, but fans of The Matrix and Always Be My Maybe star won't mind much.

The Cyberpunk 2077 developer has shown a few gameplay videos now, but it still seems to scratch the surface of what the game will offer at release. It's still unclear how the game's online multiplayer will work and other combat options such as the many weapon types and character abilities haven't been shown. CD Projekt RED may share much more before its game releases next year.
