2K basketball sim NBA 2K20 may be all about card packs and microtransactions, but the series has been known to hand out freebies too. The games have a mechanic called Locker Codes which players can redeem for free rewards such as MyTeam card packs and tokens that can be used to get exclusive cards in the MyTeam Pack Market.

NBA 2K20 Locker Codes

It has only been available for a few days, and while this is long enough for people to speed through NBA 2K20's star-studded story mode, it also means that only a couple of Locker Codes have been revealed.

  • THANKYOUMYTEAMCOMMUNITY - This NBA 2K20 Locker Code never expires and when redeemed it will reward players with tokens, a league pack, or 1.5K MT
  • HZ84F-HG82V-WPD76-37AYT-921DW - This NBA 2K20 Locker Code never expires and when redeemed, it will reward players with up to three tokens

How to Redeem Locker Codes in NBA 2K20

To redeem Locker Codes in NBA 2K20, players will need to go to MyTeam. From there, go to the menu called Options/Settings where an option called "Enter Locker Codes" can be found. Enter the Locker Code here, in caps locks, to redeem it and receive your free rewards.

When Will New NBA 2K20 Locker Codes Be Revealed?

It's unclear when 2K will reveal more NBA 2K20 Locker Codes. NBA 2K19 got dozens of Locker Codes, most of which expired after a week, so if 2K is planning the same thing for NBA 2K20, then there could be dozens of potential NBA 2K20 freebies too.

However, it's unclear if 2K will be delaying the reveal of new NBA 2K20 Locker Codes as the team has other problems on its hands now. Players on all platforms have said that the game has many technical issues, from random crashing to visual glitches, and the game is sometimes failing to save players' MyTeam rosters too. The problems have prompted players to launch a FireRonnie2K campaign on social media and addressing the unhappy fans and fixing these issues will take priority over freebies.

NBA 2K20 is available on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
