Masashi Kishimoto's Naruto has introduced fans to quite a lot of villains over the years. Kishimoto certainly has a distinct style when it comes to writing villains. His villains often have a human side attached to them.

As such, fans can certainly understand, to some degree, where they're coming from, however, it definitely doesn't make their actions right.

There are villains in Naruto that have been deemed and, while some of them did deserve it, there are others who committed actions that certainly made them not worthy of any salvation at all.

6 Orochimaru

Orochimaru Naruto NonBinary Female

Orochimaru was the first proper villain in Naruto and he was introduced to the fans in the Chunin Exams arc. There, fans saw the absolute terror that he brought onto the screen whenever he appeared. It is sad to acknowledge that Orochimaru's character went spiraling down in the latter half of the series, however, as a villain, he was certainly very dangerous. Not only did he kill for fun but he also committed vile experiments on live people, as well as abducted others.

Orochimaru killed countless in his obsession with immortality and he attempted to bring down nations just to test his might at times. Despite that, he was redeemed at the end of the story and he certainly didn't deserve any.

5 Obito Uchiha

Obito Uchiha

Obito is a character that splits opinions among the fans. While a lot of the fans love him, a significant section of them hates him and it is understandable why. Obito started off as a very kind shinobi and he had lofty ambitions. He wanted to be the Hokage, just like Minato, however, after the death of Rin, he changed completely.

Obito went down a path of evil where he not only attacked his very own village but also ended up killing his own teacher and his wife. He led to the death of countless people and, if that wasn't enough, he send thousands of others to their graves by starting the 4th Great Ninja War. Obito certainly committed one of the worst crimes in Naruto and a character like that does not deserve any redemption, even though he got it in the story.

4 Danzo

Danzo Shimura of Naruto

Danzo is quite an interesting villain in Naruto who, despite being a shinobi of Konoha and having its welfare at his heart, was evil through and through. He had his very own twisted version of Konoha in his mind and to see that to fruition, he would see the world burn. To get to his goals, he killed whoever stood in his way and manipulated others.

He was the man responsible for the Uchiha clan massacre and, before that, he ostracized the clan just to make sure they suffered. Danzo was a very evil man and, thankfully, he did not get any redemption in the story and died the death that he deserved.

3 Madara Uchiha

Madara Time Rewind Technique

A legendary Uchiha figure, Madara was introduced in the latter half of the Naruto series. He is one of the legendary figures in the world of Naruto who played a great role in the history of Shinobi. Madara fought for the Uchiha clan during the Warring States Era, and later, he ended up playing a huge role in the creation of Konoha.

Sadly, circumstances led to him and his people feeling isolated and he ended up leaving the village, and rightly so. However, what wasn't right was for him to attack the village.

He ended up faking his death and years later, became one of the triggers for the Fourth Great Ninja War. In the war, Madara killed hundreds, if not more. To get to his goals, he would manipulate anyone and sacrifice their life, which is certainly something you would expect from a villain and it also means that he is not worthy of redemption or being seen in good light.

2 Kabuto Yakushi

Kabuto

Kabuto Yakushi is another Naruto villain who ended up doing disastrous things. Although he always started off as a villain, his actions were not nearly as bad as they got after the death of Orochimaru. In the quest for perfection, he ended up absorbing all the powers that he could find it and he lost himself in those powers.

Along with Obito, he became one of the biggest triggers of the Fourth Great Ninja War.

He desecrated many graves and forcefully brought people's loved ones back with reanimation jutsu and made them fight. If that wasn't enough, he also led to several attacks on Konoha and, in the end, he was redeemed and escaped without any repercussions. Without a doubt, he was a character who did not deserve any redemption.

1 Hidan

Hidan Ring Akatsuki

Hidan is one of the few Naruto villains who were evil through and through with no redeeming qualities. He was a cultist who worshiped Lord Jashin. Hidan engaged in blood rituals, which fans got a good look at when he killed Asuma. Hidan was a terrible human and had no regard for human life.

As long as he got to perform his rituals, he didn't mind causing destruction and killing people. Although he still lives, as he is immortal, Hidan rightfully met his and when Shikamaru chopped him up and buried him in the Nara forest.
