New Naruto Shippuden Trailers

Trust me when I tell you that I already know what some of you might be thinking. "More Naruto games?" "With all these new Naruto games, it's like the second coming of DBZ." Despite how you Ranters may feel about what seems like a constant flow of new Naruto games, Atlus has released new trailers for their upcoming entries in the Naruto series.

First up, we have Naruto Shippuden: Naruto vs. Sasuke, which is coming to the Nintendo DS. The new trailer showcases the ability to switch characters in the midst of battle. It looks like there will be even more new ways to explore the vast Naruto world.

The attacks in the game have been completely powered up since the last entry into the series. Bosses you will encounter are bigger, better, and badder than ever! You will be able to take on your friends and find out who really is the greatest ninja of them all in its Mulitplayer Mode. Of course, the game leads up to what many may call one of the most anticipated battles in Naruto history: Naruto vs. Sasuke.

Next we have the trailer for Naruto Shippuden: Dragon Blade Chronicles, which is to be released on the Nintendo Wii. Prepare for what looks to be a very interesting and intriguing Naruto adventure! You will be controlling both Naruto and Sasuke as each find their own way to solve the mystery behind the Genryu, which are all-powerful Dragons that each possess one of the Five Elements (Fire, Wind, Lightning, Earth and Water).

Once again, the entire ninja world is in danger, but luckily for Naruto, he is given the Dragon Blade, which he will use with special elemental orbs. They are the only weapons that can defeat the Elemental Dragons.

You will travel all across the land to find and defeat the Genryu in order to obtain the orbs, and also put a stop to a forgotten ninja clan that is seeking revenge. Luckily, Naruto and Sasuke will be able to call on their friends in order to help them in this quest. A really cool and exciting feature is that by finding Ninja Scrolls that are hidden throughout the ninja world, you will be able to equip new and powerful techniques. This is certainly looking like a Naruto game that you won't want to miss out on!

I have to say that I am very excited to play through both of these games, especially Dragon Blade Chronicles. I have heard that Naruto will be able to use other elemental techniques in the game, such as Fire, if he equips certain Ninja Scrolls. For anyone that doesn't know already, Naruto is a Wind-Elemental user. Either way, the game is as good as sold to me. Plus, Atlus has some pretty awesome pre-order bonuses for the game. All of this, combined with the upcoming release of Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2, and it is completely understandable if you feel overwhelmed.

What about you, Ranters? Are you as excited as I am for these new Naruto games, or have you had just about enough of the ninja in an orange jumpsuit? Let us know with your comments!

Both Naruto Shippuden: Naruto vs. Sasuke and Naruto Shippuden: Dragon Blade Chronicles will be released on November 16, 2010 on the Nintendo DS and Nintendo Wii, respectively.
