The Naruto franchise has grown since the anime series originally debuted. A laundry list of movies, videogames, and even a sequel spin-off have been created since the manga's original run came to an end, expanding the series’ legacy further.

Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Strikers is a team-based arena fighting game where players can create their own ninja and customize their appearance and battle capabilities to their liking. Shinobi Strikers has a healthy list of special Ninjutsu pulled directly from both anime series that characters can perform in battle missions and PVP content. Among the Ninjutsu available in-game are some of the most powerful techniques in the Naruto universe.

10 Chidori

The Chidori is a Ninjutsu technique that players can learn by having Sasuke Uchiha as a mentor. This technique is available for the ranged class. The user charges chakra in their palm, creating focused lighting; the user then charges forward, hitting their target within a moderate amount of range and then dealing considerable damage.

While the Chidori is not the strongest or weakest technique in the game, it is a solid choice for early-game players or for PVP utilizing its speed to hit caught of guard enemy players.

9 Byakugan

One of the strongest eye techniques in Naruto, Byakugan provides a visual aid to players in-game by outlining all players or enemies on the map (blue for allies and red for hostiles). In addition, Byakugan boosts the user's attack speed and makes enemy players' health and ultimate gage visible during combat.

The Byakugan can be obtained by having Hinata Hyuga as a mentor; the Byakugan techniques belong to the heal class. When activated, it lasts for ten seconds, allowing the players a reasonable window of advantage.

8 Rasengan

The Rasengan is the flagship Jutsu of the Naruto franchise, passed down from one of the legendary Sanin to Naruto, and from Naruto to his son Boruto. In Shinobi Strikers, the Rasengan belongs to the attack class and can be learned by having Naruto Uzumaki as a mentor.

The user charges a sphere of condensed chakra into their palm and charges forward, much like the Chidori. A bonus to this Jutsu is that it repels the target and slows them for five seconds. This Jutsu is powerful for frontal assault players as it is hard to interrupt due to super-armor properties.

7 Flying Raijin level 2

Flying Raijin Level 2 is another fast-acting or “homing” technique available in Shinobi Strikers. To obtain Flying Raijin level 2, players must have Minato Namikaze as a mentor. They must complete the prior level of training to receive base Flying Raijin.

This technique belongs to the attack class allowing the user to throw a Kunai at a target in short-range and then teleport instantly, delivering a Rasengan overhead. The damage for this technique is moderate; however, the technique's speed and ability to throw off opponents is helpful.

6 Massive Rasengan

Massive Rasengan is a technique where the user creates a large sphere of chakra and drives it into an opponent below them. While the area of effect is larder than the normal Rasengan, it still takes a certain amount of skill to use effectively.

The massive Rasengan belongs to the attack class. Players can learn it if they have Naruto Uzumaki as a mentor. Unlike most strike Jutsu, this technique can catch multiple targets at once, dealing heavy damage to all enemies in range. When enemies are low on health, a precise cast can result in a total party kill if properly aimed.

5 Eight Inner Gates: Gates of No Limits

The Eight Inner Gates is the most destructive move within the Naruto universe, as it is lethal to both the target(s) and the user. Might Guy, one of the few ninjas able to achieve this release, was declared the strongest by Madara Uchiha himself after receiving a blow from Guy in this stance.

In Shinobi Strikers, the Eight Inner Gates allows the player to assume a powerful transformation that boosts attack speed, attack range, movement speed, Tracking range, and a full health refill for fifteen seconds. Once in this state, players are a true force of nature as there are few defense options against the Eight inner Gates. To obtain this, Ninjutsu players must choose the attack class and have Rock Lee as a mentor.

4 Sage Mode

Sage Mode activation is quite like the Eight Inner Gates: the user is granted a significant boost to attack power, movement speed, and full health regeneration. While there are many variations of Sage Mode in the Naruto universe, this particular Jutsu is modeled after Mitsuki from the Boruto anime series. It gives off the appearance of harnessed snake chakra instead of Naruto’s toad chakra.

This transformation is tough to deal with in PVP content in Shinobi Strikers and provides a healthy advantage in PVE content. Players must have Mitsuki as a mentor to obtain this Ninjutsu and choose the attack class.

3 Planetary Devastation

The Planetary Devastation Jutsu comes from the attack class and can be obtained by having Pain as a mentor. The user dashes toward a target and, once contact is made, instantly incases them in a tomb of rocks and stone. After the initial animation, the tomb of stone is hurled toward the ground, where it kills both the target trapped inside and any enemy caught in the collision below.

While the start-up for the move is quite fast, to capture multiple targets, they must be very close together. Unfortunately, the descent of the tomb is somewhat slow and easy to avoid. Planetary Devastation can also negate the effects of Susano’s armor, making it great for taking down other users.

2 Kamui

One of the most devastating Jutsu in Shinobi Strikers is the Kamui technique. Kamui allows the user to affect a medium-sized area at a reasonable range and instantly kill a target caught in the Kamui dimension. An enemy or rival player killed by Kamui can not be resurrected by any healing Jutsu, including Mitotic Regeneration or Izanami.

In addition, Kamui can even target hidden or cloaked enemies using special techniques like Kamui Bond or Earth Style: Petrification Jutsu. Players must have Kakashi Hatake as a mentor to obtain this technique and choose the ranged class.

1 Kirin

Kirin summons a lighting dragon that descends onto the battlefield killing all enemies at the point of impact and in the surrounding area. This Jutsu is a member of the ranged class and must be obtained by having Sasuke Uchiha as a mentor.

Kirin is a Jutsu made for the act of destroying Itachi Uchiha in the Naruto anime series; it was created to be impossible to react to. However, it does have a lengthy start-up, so it is best used at safe distances while enemies are preoccupied.
