Isamu Academy High School is, surprisingly, an anime-only high school that was introduced in My Hero Academia after the Cultural Festival arc. This high school might or might not exist in the manga, however, the fact that it just appeared in the anime makes it non-canon to the actual story. Nonetheless, this school is rather impressive and fans saw their students come to UA for a short while, where they got a good look at what it is like to study at the most prestigious school in Japan.

Isamu Academy High School might be non-canon, however, the students that it produced were surely very interesting. Their abilities were extremely great and their potential as Heroes is rather good as well. For instance, Romero, one of the students of Isamu Academy, had a Quirk called Zombie Virus. This Quirk allowed him to produce gas from his body which turned anyone who breathed it in into a mindless zombie for a while. Just like an actual zombie attack, this virus can be spread if the person infected bites another. Clearly, this is a Quirk with chaotic power and just goes to show that the students of Isamu Academy High School are very powerful.
