Mirko's speed was one of the biggest factors that helped her to survive. Using her Rabbit Quirk, she can travel at incredible speeds that even the most skilled Nomu have trouble dealing with.
6 Endeavor
Endeavor is the current Number 1 Hero and the face of the Hero Association at the moment. Like All Might, he's balanced across all his attributes, meaning that he's also incredibly fast in combat.

Also known as the Winged Hero, Hawks is the current no. 2 Hero in My Hero Academia. Unlike the majority of the Heroes, Hawks' fighting style is focused solely on speed and precision. His quirk, Fierce Wings, grants him massive wings that allow him to soar at tremendous speeds.
This Quirk also allows him to control every single feather that he has individually and multitask. Hawks has proven that he can travel great distances in less than a second, which makes him one of the fastest Heroes right now, and, possibly, even the fastest of all time.
2 Izuku Midoriya
Izuku Midoriya is the current user of the One For All Quirk and this automatically gives him tremendous potential as a fighter. Not only does it grant him excessive power, but it also increases his speed to a point where merely traveling can affect the weather around him.
Izuku is incredibly fast, especially when making use of 100% of his powers. When combined with Quirks such as Fa Jin and Blackwhip, he becomes even faster and stronger. Undoubtedly, he's among the very fastest characters in My Hero Academia right now.
1 All Might
