The following article contains spoilers from My Hero Academia, Season 6, episode 23. With Endeavor's consent, Class A gives it their all in convincing Deku to cease his solo suicide mission and rejoin the teamwork mentality that he has cultivated so loyally up until recently. The young heroes wish to bring their comrade home and evidently have a plan in mind, although the group is only aware that Deku has unlocked the Fourth and Sixth Users Quirks and therefore has no idea that Fa Jin is also at play (which suggests that Endeavor and Hawks are also in the dark about this titbit, for now).

n an attempt to avoid conflict, Deku releases a thick Smokescreen and tries to fly off into the sunset with Float; however, his classmates are not done talking some sense into the boy and promptly take up pursuit, but can they keep up?

Class A, On the Offensive

My Hero Academia Deku vs Class A Season 6, episode 23 Class A cheering

The first one to make a move with re-capturing Deku is surprisingly the timidest of the lot. Koji Koda sends a flock of pigeons to surround the wayward hero, so that he can slow Izuku down long enough to explain that he is welcome back at UA High School, with Principle Nezu's blessing. Deku thinks he is in the clear after speeding off; however, Hanta Sero quickly takes advantage of the situation by acting as an anchor of sorts, connecting his tape to Blackwhip, and holding on for dear life.

Next up is Kyoka Jiro with her Heartbeat Wall move, followed by Mashirao Ojiro's Twirling Dance Tail and the deadly duo of Dark Shadow and Fumikage Tokoyami, all working towards cornering Deku and hopefully getting a word in. Class A flexes their strategizing skills by leading their target directly into a trap, where Momo Yaoyorozu is ready and waiting with her mechanical intervention. When her plan fails (due to One For All's unfathomable strength), Shoto Todoroki takes a shot with his Heavenly Piercing Ice Wall and gets pretty darn close to stopping Deku in his tracks, as each time the green-haired hero wiggles free, Shoto is there with another wave of ice to seal him in place.

The Coolest Quirk Combos

My Hero Academia Deku vs Class A Season 6, episode 23 Shoji, Tokoyami, Yaoyorozu, Kaminari, Deku

Arguably one of the most entertaining elements of watching Class A on the battlefield is getting to witness all the cool combo moves they think up, mixing their Quirks in imaginative ways. The Kaminari, Shoji, Tokoyami, and Yaoyorozu team-up in particular is quite clever indeed. Shoji's fleshy limbs are insulated by Yaoyorozu-created electrical tape, allowing him to hold Deku and Kaminari in place. Then, Tokoyami swoops in with his Ragnorok Womb to provide further protection, giving Denki an opening to electrify (and knock out) Izuku, without injuring the other classmates. Unfortunately, after all their efforts, One For All still proves superior and Deku escapes, seemingly unscathed.

The students have one thing going for them. Due to their pure intentions, none of their attacks have set off Deku's Danger Sense, eliminating the precious forewarning system that the young hero has grown quite attached to (and would've been a gamechanger against the already-unpredictable onslaught of allies.) In an act of desperation, Deku overloads his system by using multiple Quirks for his escape, activating his newfound Faux 100 Percent ultimate move, and propelling himself into the distance. His whole argument against involving his classmates in the fight is based on the fact that they are incapable of keeping up with All For One and One For All; however, Class A's goal is to prove him wrong.

Another group effort involves arguably the biggest Class A collaboration fans have seen, involving the likes of Ochaco, Tenya, Mina, Tokoyami, Kirishima, Shoto, and Bakugo. (Side note: the Gigantomachia battle in Season 6, episode 8 was a major team-up, but didn't combine as many Quirks into what is essentially a singular attack.) Firstly, an icy ramp shoots Ochaco skywards, who is then followed by Bakugo and Shoto, sliding along on a 0.1% Acidman with Dark Shadow pushing them onwards. After gaining enough momentum, Shoto blasts them into the air, perfectly connecting with Ochaco and her anti-gravity abilities, giving the boys a bonus boost. Then Bakugo comes in with his Explosive Speed Turbo Cluster just before Tenya unexpectantly pops out of the Acidman bubble and uses Engine to finally close the gap. Last but not least, Kirishima comes out of the woodwork to catch the heroes as they plummet from the sky, and guides the pair to safety.

A Counterbalanced Battle

My Hero Academia Deku vs Class A Season 6, episode 23 Izuku and his classmates

It takes every member of Class A (excluding Yuga Aoyama and Toru Hagakure, who are busy assisting Endeavor) to tackle one hero into submission, which just goes to show how robust Deku has become in roughly the space of a year. That's a 17 v 1 battle, which is surprisingly not an unbalanced fight, seeing that Izuku really gives his classmates a run for their money. Whatever incredible combo moves that Class A can concoct, Deku can arguably achieve a similar result singlehandedly, with the plethora of Quirks at his disposal. That being said, Izuku is not an unlimited power source, and his one-man-army mantra will only get him so far before All For One gets his greedy hands on Deku and his phenomenal Quirk.
