Despite his imposing appearance, Big Red Dot's selfless nature is evident in his frustration at bureaucratic obstacles while trying to help other Heroes.
He played a significant role in the fight with Humarise in Singapore. He was enlisted by the Hero Public Safety Commission, alongside other foreign heroes, to assist in the battle against All For One in the Dark Hero Arc. Using his unique Quirk, Tidal Bore, he can unleash an intense stream of water from his mouth.
9 Clair Voyance

His name and persona are believed to draw inspiration from the divine kingship among the Shilluk People in South Sudan.

Hiryu Rin, also known as Long Weizi, is among the three international students enrolled in U.A. High School, having moved from China in elementary school. Hiryu is skilled in both hand-to-hand combat and long-range battles. He possesses a tactical mind and quick reflexes, as demonstrated by his ability to detect and protect himself from unexpected attacks.
His Scales Quirk allows him to grow reptilian scales from his skin, which act as an armor and can be fired off with great force. He wears gauntlets that enhance his offensive abilities by storing the scales produced by his arms, firing them off in a gun-like manner.
4 Salaam
Salaam makes an appearance in My Hero Academia: World Heroes' Mission. He is the top Egyptian Pro Hero known for his two-dimensional appearance reminiscent of ancient Egyptian art. His hero costume, inspired by the attire of pharaohs, consists of a 'shendyt' skirt, crimped robes, and a 'nemes' headcloth.

Cathleen Bate is a tall, muscular woman and the No. 1 Pro Hero of the USA. Cathleen immensely desires to protect others and seek justice, even at the cost of her reputation. She is brash and often disregards rules, evidenced by her flying to Japan to aid the fight against All For One without the approval of the United Nations.
Cathleen possesses the Quirk, New Order, which enables her to manipulate and confer properties on herself and non-physical entities such as air. She can give herself new abilities and even control her adversary's body. She utilizes her ability to maintain a continuous state of improved physical capacity.
2 Pony Tsunotori
Pony Tsunotori, also known as Rocketti, is a Japanese-American student at U.A. High School. Pony is tactical and intelligent, constantly analyzing situations before acting and making the most out of dire circumstances. She is thoughtful and diligent, exhibiting excellent control over her Quirk, Horn Cannon.
Her horns are ideal for long-range attacks due to their projectile nature, and they can be used for piercing or pinning down opponents. Pony can launch them as projectiles, and they grow back almost immediately. She can also balance on them to fly and even carry other people due to their strength.
1 Yuga Aoyama
Yuga Aoyama, also known as the Shining Hero: Can't Stop Twinkling, was initially portrayed as vain and proud but later shown to be genuinely kind-hearted. He was revealed as the "U.A. Traitor" who aided the League of Villains, but he eventually helped defeat All For One during the Final War.
With Yuga's Navel Laser Quirk, he can emit a forceful laser beam from his navel that can blast through solid concrete up to two meters thick. The beams can be discharged from varying distances, whether near or far. Yuga can also adjust the shape and magnitude of his laser beams and utilize their recoil to launch himself through the air.
