One For All is one of the most powerful Quirks known to exist in My Hero Academia. Created accidentally by All For One, One For All came into being when he passed on a Quirk to stockpile energy to his supposedly Quirkless brother.

To his surprise, his brother had a Quirk that allowed power to be passed from one generation to the other, and together, the two powers combined to form the incredible One For All. Given the nature of the power, this Quirk has had several users in My Hero Academia over the years, with Izuku Midoriya being its 9th and final user.

It is the only power worthy of rivaling All For One and an ability that seems to have been specifically crafted to defeat the demon lord. The One For All is an exceptional ability the creation of which was only made possible by All For One himself when he granted the ability to stockpile power to his brother. This quirk merged with his brother's very own and led to the birth of an incredibly overpowered ability. The One For All is the only quirk that has been passed on from one generation to another for many years in My Hero Academia. Deku is the latest user of the One For All, however, before him, there have been other users. While this list already goes over all the users of One For All, quite a lot of information about the names and lives of One For All users has been revealed. As such, this list has now been updated.

9 Yoichi

• One For All User Number: First
• Original Quirk: Quirk Transfer

Yoichi was the first user of the One For All and certainly the one who started everything in regards to this incredible power. Yoichi was born with All For One, however, from the very beginning, All For One consumed everything, leaving him starved. All For One also gained access to incredible powers that benefit his personality. He believed everything was for him to consume and he also believed Yoichi was his to use as well. Yoichi was weak, however, he certainly admired heroes.

All For One believed him to be quirkless, but in reality, he had the power of Quirk Bestowal, which allowed him to transfer ability from himself to someone else. This ability was useless on its own, however, when All For One gave him the quirk to stockpile power, it fused with his original quirk and ended up creating what is known as One For All. He became the first user of One For All and, at one point, escaped, thanks to help from Kudo. Before he was killed by his own brother, he passed the power of One For All to Kudo.

8 Kudo

• One For All User Number: Second
• Original Quirk: Gearshift

Kudo was the second user of the One For All which was recently revealed in the story, during the Final War Saga, when Bakugo took on All For One in combat. In terms of appearance, Kudo bears an uncanny resemblance to Bakugo himself. He appears to have salmon hair, but every other facial feature that he possesses is similar to that of Bakugo. He was the one who ended up saving Yoichi from his brother and it was revealed recently that he led a resistance against All For One when he first started his journey as a villain.

Kudo was tremendously powerful and, more importantly, brave. He had his own quirk, called Gearshift, using which he could alter the speed of himself and others with a single touch up to four times, ignoring even the laws of inertia in some ways. However, All For One ended up choking the life out of him. Before he died, however, he passed on the All For One to Bruce, the third user of the quirk.

7 Bruce

• One For All User Number: Third
• Original Quirk: Fa Jin

Bruce is the third user of One For All who was, once again, name-dropped in the Final War Saga of My Hero Academia. During Bakugo's fight against All For One, the latter had an extended flashback, where fans got to see him interacting with every single vestige of the One For All. Bruce was revealed to be the name of the third user of the quirk and he was certainly very charismatic. Fans have already seen quite a lot of focus being thrown on him in the story and he is known to be the user of the incredible Fa Jin quirk.

With repeated movements, this quirk allows the user to store kinetic energy and once enough builds up over time, it can be released at once, which boosts the strength and attack output of the user by many times. This quirk is stronger than ever before under Deku. Bruce himself ended up dying at the hands of One For All, just like his predecessor and he ended up passing it on to Hikage Shinomori.

6 Hikage Shinomori

• One For All User Number: Fourth
• Original Quirk: Danger Sense

The fourth user of the Quirk, Hikage Shinomori might not have been the strongest user of this power but he was definitely one of the most important. Hikage had a Quirk known as Danger Sense which allowed him to react to dangerous situations.

Essentially, his Quirk made it possible for him and future users to react to any incoming threat adequately by sensing it before the damage was done. While useful, it wasn't enough to take All For One down, and consequently, Hikage spent most of his life trying to understand the powers of the Quirk.

5 Diagoro Banjo

• One For All User Number: Fifth
• Original Quirk: Quirk Blackwhip

The fifth user of One For All, Diagoro Banjo received this power from Hikage Shinomori. Unlike Hikage, he made full use of this power and even went up against All For One on certain occasions and barely survived death. In fact, he almost had his Quirk stolen on occasions.

Despite that, Diagoro Banjo was quite strong and well-respected, meaning his fighting prowess was greater than that of Hikage. His Quirk, called Blackwhip, was quite useful as it allowed him to produce streaks of whip-like energy which powered up through anger.

4 En

• One For All User Number: Sixth
• Original Quirk: Smokescreen

Following Diagoro Banjo, En became the next user of One For All as he happened to be in the right place at the right time for the transfer of power to take place. En himself had the power to use the Smokescreen Quirk which allowed him to create clouds of smoke to mask his location, making it quite incredible for both hero operations and combat.

En tried to fight All For One and on two occasions almost had his powers stolen. His exact strength remains unknown at the moment.

3 Nana Shimura

• One For All User Number: First
• Original Quirk: Float

The seventh user of the One For All Quirk, Nana Shimura was quite a powerful woman, thanks to her receiving the Quirk from En before he died. Nana herself had the power of the Float Quirk which, as the name suggests, allowed her to levitate in mid-air.

This, when combined with the power of One For All, made her a force to be reckoned with. Sadly, Nana wasn't strong enough to defeat All For One and was eventually killed in the battle against him.

2 Yagi Toshinori

• One For All User Number: Eighth
• Original Quirk: N/A

Yagi Toshinori, also known as All Might, was once the Symbol of Peace in the world of My Hero Academia. He received the One For All Quirk from Nana Shimura and also inherited her will to save those in need.

Yagi made One For All his and mastered the power to a degree that no other user has up until now. At 100% of his power, he could fight and overpower All For One. In his prime, Yagi was powerful enough to defeat All For One. What's more, as a last resort, Yagi could also tap into the power that was much greater than the 100% of One For All by surpassing all good limits.

1 Izuku Midoriya

• One For All User Number: Ninth
• Original Quirk: N/A

Izuku is the last user of the One For All and also the one who goes on to become the strongest. Izuku was given this power by All Might when he was looking for a successor following the aftermath of his fight against All For One. While his mastery over the basic powers of the One For All is not the greatest, as that title clearly goes to All Might, he is able to bring out much mor e from this Quirk than All Might ever could. Izuku can already access 100% of the One For All, thanks to the various work combination that he possesses.

At the same time, he can also go beyond 100%, which is something that makes him one of the strongest people alive in the world of My Hero Academia right now. Furthermore, his control over One For All has been evolving and, soon, it will reach 100%. At the same time, the fact that Izuku can combine the powers of the One For All with various other Quirks that he has under his belt makes him, perhaps, a better user of this power than even All Might. He has more Quirk combinations up his sleeve and a more diverse fighting style. While arguable, it can be assumed that Izuku is the greatest of all One For All users already and, in the future, he will go on to solidify this status even further.
