This look solidified itself as Wesker's most iconic, as it was faithfully adapted in the Resident Evil movies. It also serves as Wesker's base cosmetic in Dead by Daylight, and it is clear to see why. Simple, stylish yet also practical, it is the perfect outfit for battling Chris Redfield in a volcano.

7 The Illusive Man (Mass Effect)

The Illusive Man approaches the camera with a lit cigarette in hand, a huge dying star burning red behind him.

As the leader of the large corporation Cereberus, it's no surprise the Illusive Man dons a stylish suit. After all, for those in charge, appearance is everything. Given a futuristic look to fit in with the sci-fi world of Mass Effect, the Illusive Man is perhaps the most stylishly dressed character from the entire franchise.

Usually accompanied by a glass of whiskey and a cigarette, the Illusive Man exudes the air of an older, elegant gentleman, and the view of the dying star behind him serves as a reminder of his importance. As parts of the galaxy die around him, Cerberus and its leader continue and endure.

6 Delilah Copperspoon (Dishonored 2)

Dishonored 2 introduced fans to the new antagonist, Delilah Copperspoon, revealed as the illegitimate Kaldwin heir and bitter sister to the late Jessamine. She immediately disrespects the Kaldwin legacy by crashing Emily's coronation in a carriage and then proceeds to wreak havoc, albeit, with style.

She sports a somewhat practical pants-suit that does not sacrifice form for function. Complete with rose decor and elegant shades of red and black, her outfit is finished with elbow-length gloves and knee-high boots that add an air of authority to her look and perfectly complement her objective to rule Dunwall.

5 Lady Dimitrescu (Resident Evil Village)

Capcom broke the mold when they designed Lady Dimitrescu, creating a toweringly tall vampire that almost the entire internet seemed to adore. With her signature long white dress and wide-brimmed hat, Lady Dimitrescu looks every bit the elegant vampire even as she stalks the player through the halls of her home, all while wearing heels.

Draped in 1930's glam and floral accouterments, Lady Dimitrescu secures the title as the most fashionable villain in Resident Evil Village, and could definitely contest that title for the entire franchise. If only her true form was just as stylish.

4 Sephiroth (Final Fantasy 7)

Final Fantasy stands proudly as one of the greatest RPG series of all time. It features beloved characters, intricate, spiraling stories that even die-hard fans struggle to make complete sense of, and a turn-based combat system that calls for strategic thinking over mindless button-mashing. Final Fantasy also boasts some of the best villains in gaming, including Sephiroth from Final Fantasy 7.

With anime-style white hair and curtain bangs, a long black leather duster, and a red cross over his chest, his outfit is a stylish feast for the eyes, and definitely reminiscent of an anime villain. He brings his style with him in his inclusion in Kingdom Hearts, rivaling the characters in that franchise for the position of best-dressed antagonist.

3 Andrew Ryan (Bioshock)

Andrew Ryan, the suited man addressing the viewer.

Andrew Ryan is the founder of Rapture and one of the primary antagonists of Bioshock. Like many male villains, he chooses to dress sharply in a tasteful suit, adding an heir of elitism and authority to his overall look.

Throughout most of Bioshock, his visage is only seen on the golden statues seen throughout Rapture, as the man himself doesn't venture out into his city much since it fell to dilapidation and splicers. Nevertheless, his shadow looms heavily over Rapture and Bioshock, even if there is a more pressing threat disguising themselves as the player's friend.

2 The Trickster (Dead by Daylight)

Dead by Daylight contains a multitude of villains. These often iconic characters serve as the game's killers and are tasked with hunting down the survivors in each trial. There are a few strong candidates, but the Trickster stands out as being one of the most stylish villains in Dead by Daylight.

With an entire catalog of alternative costumes that hold true to his k-pop aesthetic by infusing modern Korean street clothes and more couture-esque pieces for concerts, the Trickster delivers kills in style. Even his base outfit of the long yellow coat, pink trousers, and lilac hair is an iconic and fashionable look.

1 Harley Quinn (Arkham Games)

Harley Quinn sporting her red and black look, resting a baseball menacingly on her shoulder even as she grins mockingly.

Joker's right-hand woman and one of Batman's many nemeses across the DC-Verse, Harley Quinn is a largely popular and much-loved character, even receiving her own spin-off cartoon courtesy of HBO. Her character has undergone drastic changes over the years, namely her looks, long since branching away from the full-body red and black harlequin look.

Quinn sports multiple looks across the Arkham games, but her attire in Arkham City is arguably the most fashionable. The red and black ensemble breathes a daring, nu-gothic breath of life to her very first look, and while it is also very stylish, the pants allow her the mobility to pull off her impressive acrobatic combat moves.
