Mortal Kombat fans who have purchased the Kombat Pack will wake up to some special gifts tomorrow in the form of an anticipated new character and a surprise new skin that harkens back to the early days of the series.
Fans of Mortal Kombat 11 have had a great run of it recently. The developers at NetherRealm have continuously dropped new fatalities, brutalities, skins, and characters over the past few weeks. Not only that, but it has provided some much anticipated teases at to what’s to come. While fans await the upcoming Kombat Pack trailer later this month, they will have some new things waiting for them in the game tomorrow to keep them occupied.
Earlier today, Mortal Kombat 11 fans found out exactly what time they can expect the upcoming character Nightwolf to drop. Now, thanks to a Tweet from MK11 creative director Ed Boon, Kombat Pack owners have something new to look forward to. A Sonya skin will drop tomorrow that dresses the character in her outfit from the early days of the series.

The outfit looks exactly like the outfit Sonya wore in the original games. Between this outfit and the recently released Mortal Kombat 11 retro mod, long-time fans can get another step closer to reliving the glory days of 90s Mortal Kombat.
Mortal Kombat 11 has done an excellent job catering to folks who have played the games for a long time. Mortal Kombat 11 features a lot of classic fighters from the early days of the franchise, and with the continued support and updates to the game from the NetherRealm, it might not be long before the game features a full roster of classic characters from the earliest days of the franchise.
For Nightwolf fans, the last few days have garnered a lot of excitement leading up to the addition of the character. NetherRealm has revealed a lot about how the character will play in the game. But surely not all Mortal Kombat 11 players will flock to Nightwolf immediately. Giving players another character skin to anticipate will make sure everyone has something new to play with.
Once players get their hands on Nightwolf tomorrow, they can begin looking forward to speculating about who the final two Mortal Kombat 11 DLC characters will be. Fans have some hints, but NetherRealm hasn’t announced anything official. Hopefully the Kombat Pack trailer later this month will provide a little more information.
It seems the flood of new Mortal Kombat 11 content will soon slow. Hopefully the dedication the developers have shown to keeping new things coming to the game means that even after the DLC characters finish releasing, NetherRealm will continue pushing new skins and moves.
Mortal Kombat 11 is out now for PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One, with a Stadia version in development.
