Although all eyes have been on the forthcoming addition of Nightwolf to the Mortal Kombat 11 roster, developer Netherrealm Studios has snuck in some new content for the likes of Noob Saibot, Scorpion, Johnny Cage, Cassie Cage, and Erron Black. Specifically, Noob Saibot has received a new Brutality, whereas the remaining characters have had some tweaks done to their Brutalities, giving players new variations for certain requirements.

Before moving forward, it's worth highlighting that none of this is out of line with Mortal Kombat 11's standard approach. The developer has actually been adding tons of new secret content since launch, with Cassie Cage specifically getting the most out of the deal. Noob Saibot and Erron Black haven't received near as much, so this latest content update is refreshing, especially in the days leading up to the addition of Nightwolf.

Despite the secrecy around such additions, Noob Saibot's new Brutality is actually simple enough to perform, as the only requirement is for the player to land the final blow with a final hit from the "As One" combo. The same can not be said for Cassie Cage's new variation and the other, as there are quite a few requirements involved with those, but each does add a nice little twist to Mortal Kombat 11. Each brutality and variation can be seen below, courtesy of YouTuber Dynasty.

Notably, two Nightwolf brutalities have also been revealed in the days building up to his launch, one of which sees him putting an arrow through the skull of his opponent. The other sees Nightwolf use his hatchet instead. Each is as equally gruesome as some of the brutalities show above, likely building a ton of hype for his release in Mortal Kombat 11.

These new brutalities also come on the heel of a big shake-up in the meta, as nearly every Mortal Kombat 11 character has been changed or nerfed, with Sub-Zero and Kabal being the only exceptions.

Mortal Kombat 11 is out now for PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One, with a Stadia version in development.
