Recently, a Mortal Kombat 11 "leak" purported to reveal the full extent of the characters that will be released as MK11's Kombat Pack 2. Specifically, this leak listed Fujin, Sheeva, Ash Williams, Takeda, Havik, and Michael Myers as the forthcoming DLC characters, and while there was not a lot to substantiate these claims, the prospective lineup certainly got some fans very excited. That said, a new "leak" has recently surfaced, and it paints quite a different picture of Kombat Pack 2.

This new Mortal Kombat 11 leak suggests that Kombat Pack 2 will feature only four new fighters, and they are Fujin, Sheeva, Ash Williams, and Havik, releasing in that order. Furthermore, the leak claims that Dead Pool and Soul Chamber will be introduced as new stages in Kombat Pack 2 – additions that some fans have been expecting ever since references to these stages were found in the game files back in October 2019.

The leak does not stop there, though, as it then goes into specific details about each of the purported Mortal Kombat 11 DLC characters. Fujin, it says, will be able to use wind traps and a flying knee special, while Sheeva will have "an updated, more brutal punch walk" and access to her Teleport Stomp. The leak then goes on to say that Ash will be able to summon a demon using the Necronomicon and that Havik will sport a more armor-clad look than fans have seen previously.

All of this said, it is important to note that this leak originates from 4chan, as did the other recent Kombat Pack 2 leak, and should thus be approached with a great deal of skepticism. However, the new leak states that the forthcoming Spawn gameplay trailer, which will debut at Final Kombat on March 8, will tease the four characters it pins to Kombat Pack 2, which means that fans do not have to wait long to see if the claims have any substance.

The leak also suggests that there will be several other reveals at Final Kombat, including the debut of a new Scorpion's Revenge trailer, the confirmation of Shang Tsung as a Mortal Kombat 11 announcer, and the announcement of a forthcoming HD remake of the first three Mortal Kombat games. While again these indications should certainly not be taken as fact, many fans would love to see these assertions affirmed, and they may in just over two weeks' time.

Mortal Kombat 11 is available now for PC, PS4, Stadia, Switch, and Xbox One.
