A couple of months ago, the Mortal Kombat 11 roster leaked, with every character announcement since then seeming to corroborate the leak. Now that the Mortal Kombat 11 street date has been broken and copies of it are prematurely in the hands of some gamers, we now know definitively what the game's full roster will be.

Reddit user Datrael has an early copy of Mortal Kombat 11 and has been leaking information about the game since then. The biggest news to come from the Datrael Mortal Kombat 11 leak is the confirmation that Frost will be an unlockable character. However, the leak and the character select screen from that leak also confirm the Mortal Kombat 11 full roster.

Here are all the Mortal Kombat 11 characters that will be playable fighters in the upcoming game:

mortal kombat 11 full roster confirmed by latest leak
  • Shao Kahn
  • Frost
  • Johnny Cage
  • Sonya Blade
  • Cassie Cage
  • Jax
  • Scorpion
  • Noob Saibot
  • Baraka
  • Raiden
  • Jacqui Briggs
  • Sub-Zero
  • Kano
  • Kabal
  • Liu Kang
  • Kitana
  • Kung Lao
  • Jade
  • Skarlet
  • Erron Black
  • D'Vorah
  • Kotal Kahn
  • Geras
  • Kollector
  • Centrion

This means that there will be 25 characters in Mortal Kombat 11 at launch. However, it's worth pointing out that those picking up the base game will only have access to 24 Mortal Kombat 11 characters. That's because Shao Kahn is a pre-order bonus, so any Mortal Kombat 11 fans who want to have him on their roster will need to pre-order before the game's April 23 release date.

Meanwhile, fans can expect NetherRealm to expand Mortal Kombat 11's roster with DLC characters. One DLC character has already been confirmed in the form of Shang Tsung, who will be joining Mortal Kombat 11 at some point after the game's launch. A datamine has suggested Shang Tsung will be joined by 12 other DLC fighters by the time Mortal Kombat 11's post-launch support has ended, but that has yet to be confirmed or denied by NetherRealm.

Perhaps Mortal Kombat 11's DLC will add some missing fan favorite characters, like Mileena, or maybe it will focus on adding guest fighters to the game. Fans will just have to stay tuned to find out.

Mortal Kombat 11 will launch on April 23 for PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
