With comic book character Spawn officially confirmed for Mortal Kombat 11, we know that there are still at least two more guest DLC fighters that have yet to be revealed for the game. Previous datamines and leaks have offered up a variety of possibilities as to who the next Mortal Kombat 11 DLC character will be, and new evidence suggests that the next character to be revealed will be the previously-rumored Terminator.

While it's no longer appearing on Google, it was recently discovered and showcased by YouTuber Dynasty that by searching for "Mortal Kombat Terminator game," players could see an ad for the unannounced Terminator DLC. The ad mentions the "new character Terminator" and advertises a Fatality trailer for the character.

This lines up with past datamines for Mortal Kombat 11 that potentially leaked the fighting game's entire DLC lineup. Those datamines revealed some DLC characters that were later confirmed, including Spawn, Nightwolf, and Sindel. They also mentioned The Terminator and The Joker from DC Comics as potential guest fighters.

So now the question is, when will Terminator be confirmed for Mortal Kombat 11? Well, it could happen literally any day now. Ed Boon promised fans a DLC character reveal if they helped his friend find his stolen car, and ever since the car was found, fans have been hounding Boon on Twitter to follow through with his promise.

Terminator fans will be happy to see the titular killing machine appear in games like Mortal Kombat 11, but others may have wanted a different character for the next DLC. Doom Slayer has also been rumored, as has Ash Williams from Evil Dead, but we'll have to wait and see who's next for Mortal Kombat 11 DLC.

Meanwhile, Mortal Kombat 11 is far from the only game that The Terminator will be appearing in this year. The character will also be featured in Gears 5, as well as Ghost Recon Breakpoint, all to promote the upcoming Terminator: Dark Fate film that's hitting theaters on November 1.

Mortal Kombat 11 is out now for PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One, with a Stadia version also in development.
