With Monster Hunter World releasing less than a week ago, players seem to have been thoroughly enjoying the game, especially knowing that Monster Hunter World has sold and shipped five million units since the game’s release.

With more and more players delving deeper and deeper into Monster Hunter World, crafting items become a hot commodity. If players have played any Monster Hunter game before this, they should know how crucial armor, gear, and weapons are. The better the gear, the better the player does hunting these monsters. When looking for items to craft this gear, players will need to have some of the best and most rare crafting items. To find these items, players will have to defeat some of the biggest, baddest, and most dangerous monsters in the game.

However, there is some strategy to getting these rare crafting items.

Where to Find the Aqua Sac:

Aqua Sacs can be obtained by defeating Jyuratodus in Wildspire Wastes. These monsters typically dwell in wetter areas of the map. This monster has a specific resistance to water elemental damage, but is weak under thunder and fire elements, so this will be player’s best bet in defeating the monster. Aqua Sacs are typically given as rewards from Investigations Quests which feature Jyuratodus.

Where to Find the Poison Sac:

Poison Sacs can be found by defeating Pukei-Pukei in the first area of the game, the Ancient Forest. The weak points for this monster is its underbelly, so make sure the proximity between the monster and players is small. Thunder elemental damage works the best against this monster as well, so make sure to have that equipped.

Where to Find the Electro Sac:

Electro Sacs can be retrieved by defeating Tobi-Kadachi, who is also located in the first area of the game, the Ancient Forest. However, this monster typically likes to be up high so he can swoop down on players. This monster is weak to water elemental damage and getting behind it, so make sure the moves used are quick because this monster is just as quick.

Where to Find the Flame Sac:

Flame Sacs can be earned by defeating Anjanath, who also likes to hang out in the Ancient Forest. If players find this monster and anger it, it will follow them all around the map until they defeat it. Anjanath’s are weak to water and ice elemental damage, but it has attacks that can go in any and every direction, so be careful.

With all that information, players should now be able to find some of the best crafting materials in the game and hunting monsters should become a little easier.

Monster Hunter World is now available for PS4 and Xbox One with a PC release slated for Fall of 2018.
