Monster Hunter World will be hosting its second seasonal event soon, Capcom announced earlier today. The Autumn Harvest Fest will commence starting September 21 and will be available to all players on both the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of the game. The event will feature a new set of quests for players to embark on, together with a multitude of Halloween-themed items and equipment for players to collect.

Moreover, Monster Hunter World's Autumn Harvest Fest will see the Celestial Pursuit decorated with bright and colorful Halloween and autumn-themed decorations. Players will receive two Lucky Vouchers in their daily login bonus throughout the event, which will include one Autumn Harvest Ticket. Players would have to collect as many as possible to craft the special Autumn Harvest Fest gear.

Capcom also confirmed that almost all of the previously released event quests will be available all throughout the event. The Gathering Hub is set to offer “special seasonal platters,” and every facility will feature different sales in celebration of The Autumn Harvest Fest. Monster Hunter World's Halloween-themed event will run from September 21 to October 4.

Ever since the release of Monster Hunter World earlier this year, the game has received overwhelmingly positive reviews from both players and critics alike. A week after the game was released worldwide, it sold 1 million copies of the game in its home country in Japan, with 5 million units sold worldwide.

A few months after its initial launch, Capcom then announced that Monster Hunter World is now the company’s best-selling title ever, beating out the likes of Resident Evil 5. As a result, Monster Hunter World contributed massive revenues for the company, as it brought “the highest level of profitability” within Capcom’s history.

Monster Hunter World is often dubbed as the best entry in the Monster Hunter franchise, as it was able to introduce a smooth combination of solo and online co-op experience.
