In Monster Hunter World, some of the most sought-after materials can be mined in the Coral Highlands. A lot of these items respawn after about five minutes, so players can infinitely farm for helpful items like coral crystal. However, the Coral Highlands can be somewhat of a pain to navigate, so it helps to know the easiest path through the area.

Luckily, Reddit user MisterTopside has put together a comprehensive map that shows the best route through the Coral Highlands in Monster Hunter World.

Players can check out MisterTopside's map below, which should help them get through the Coral Highlands and mine all its resources in the most efficient manner possible. However, players will first need to make sure that they have the ropelift upgrade for the area, as well as the Glider Mantle.

Monster Hunter World: Coral Highlands Infinite Mining Guide - Coral Highlands mining map

It's possible to unlock the ropelift upgrade for the Coral Highlands shortly after visiting the area for the first time. After doing so, players will be able to purchase the upgrade, but it will set them back 1,000 research points as well as one sturdy bone and five Shamos hides. Sturdy bones can be found randomly in bonepiles all over the game world, whereas Shamos hides will need to be carved from the wild Shamos roaming around the Coral Highlands.

Luckily, obtaining the Glider Mantle is much easier than acquiring the ropelift upgrade. To get the Glider Mantle, simply complete the initial Coral Highlands expedition, and it will be given as a reward. Just remember to equip it before attempting to follow MisterTopside's mining guide.

Once players have acquired the appropriate equipment, they can follow MisterTopside's mining guide and farm the Coral Highlands for all its worth. Doing so will put them in a much better position in the game to craft the best weapons and armor possible. In the meantime, players may also want to take a look at MisterTopside's Wildspire Wastes mining guide as well.

Monster Hunter World is available now for PS4 and Xbox One, with a PC release planned for later this year.
