The biggest appeal of Monster Hunter World is, of course, hunting monsters, but this can sometimes be difficult. In our solo guide, we suggest restocking supplies to handle more difficult hunts; however, restocking can be difficult without the camps required to fast travel, so here is a list of available camps.

First off, it is noteworthy that, after discovering the location of a camp, a setting-up camp quest may become available at the resource center. This must be completed before fast travel becomes available in Monster Hunter World, and while most camps are relatively cheap, some may require higher-rarity resources. Another key thing to note is that the Coral Highlands and Rotten Vale only have two camps, unlike most of the others which have four, so don’t spend hours looking for non-existent camps.

The Ancient Forest does have four camps, however, with the Southwest camp serving as the default camp. Another camp will unlock while progressing through the story, and another is easily discoverable in the top left of the map. The most difficult camp to find is located near the Rathalos nest – slip between trees to find an elaborate array of branches, and stay left until the camp is found.

Next up is the Wildspire Waste where the Southwest camp is once again the default, and there is another camp located in the underground passage. Near the area with the Barroth and Kulu-Ya-Ku, there is a hidden camp with an open entrance in the rock, and the last camp is located beneath the Wildspire in the far back of the waste. The Coral Highlands have two camps: the default camp and one located in the northeast where Legiana appear.

The Rotten Vale also has only two camps: the default and one located in area 10 up the wall of vines. The latter camp gives fast access to the bottom of the vale, so it is a very useful camp.

The last area is the Elder’s recess, a high-rank area where co-op play is particularly helpful. Besides the default camp, after sliding down, stay to the right until you find a large wall. Stay left after the wall, and a hole will hide the next camp. From there, continue up the nearby wall, drop down near the recess where Nergigante likes to appear, and another camp will be hidden in the hole in the wall to the left.

Whether completing the game solo or with some friends, these camp locations will help many hunters in the game. Monster Hunter World has also received some positive reviews, which means plenty of gamers will be curious to see what the title is all about.

Monster Hunter World is available now on PS4 and Xbox One, with a PC release scheduled for this Fall 2018.
