Decorations have been part of the Monster Hunter series for a long time now, allowing hunters to deck out their weapons and equipment in order to get helpful skills and increase the level of said skills. Decorations become available for hunters to craft in Monster Hunter Rise by speaking to one of Kamura Village's blacksmiths, but there's an item people will definitely need to craft these adornments, and that item is called a Bloodrun Jewel.

Bloodrun Jewels are needed to craft most decorations in Monster Hunter Rise, and these items are not common, with a rarity level of 5. But, by using this guide, struggling players can find out two ways to get these jewels without putting in too much work.

How to Farm Bloodrun Jewels in Monster Hunter Rise

The first way that Monster Hunter Rise players can obtain Bloodrun Jewels is by getting them as Helper Rewards on quests. To get Helper Rewards, High-Rank players will need to help out fellow players on their Low-Rank quests. Since hunters don't have much to gain from doing low-tier quests, these Helper Rewards are a great bonus for those that want to play with friends that are just getting started, or if players just want to carry other hunters for fun. It's not guaranteed that this item will show up as a quest reward, but there's a good chance it'll pop up.

For High-Rank players out there looking to play with some Low-Rank hunters have two ways to join quests. By going to the quest board in the Gathering Hub, the player can select "Respond to Join Request" and then choose the Low-Rank option. From there, hunters can choose the quest they would like to go on, but they can also hit the Random button to get thrown into the next available quest. Another option is to speak to Senri the Mailman in the main Kamura area and join a lobby that is currently working on Low-Rank quests.

Another, more difficult way to get Bloodrun Jewels is to take on 6 or 7-star High-Rank quests in the Gathering Hub. These quests will be much harder than helping out Low Rank players on their quests, but there's a chance to get Jewels in this manner, so if players would like to progress through the Key Quests, this method can work wonders.

Monster Hunter Rise is now available for the Nintendo Switch. A PC port is expected to launch in early 2022.
