Monster Hunter Rise is filled with a plethora of different resources that players will need to gather up if they hope to become more powerful. The game has many ways to get resources, including some secrets that many players don't know. The majority of resources are gotten from fighting monsters or finding resource nodes in many areas.

Thankfully, getting Eroded Skeleton in Monster Hunter Rise doesn't involve taking on any enormous beasts, but it will involve a small amount of quest grinding. Players will need to finish enough Village Quests to get to 3 Star Level, which will give them access to the Sandy Plains. This is the first area of the game where Eroded Skeleton will be available.

All areas of the map contain Bonepiles, and it is by finding and looting these on Sandy Plains that players can get Eroded Skeleton. Below, players will find two maps, one for the upper level of Sandy Plains and another for the lower level. Bonepiles are marked on the map by grey question marks. All they need to do is travel to these locations and interact with the bonepile, and they will have a chance of looting some Eroded Skeleton.

Eroded Skeleton is used to craft some of the best weapons and armors in Monster Hunter Rise, so players may need to gather up quite a lot of it if they want multiple sets. The best way to farm it is to go on Expedition Tours. These give players access to the game's areas without the need to finish a quest, allowing them to focus on farming resources. The Expedition Tours can also have random modifiers that will increase the efficiency of resource farming. When players are finished, they can leave through the options menu and keep the loot they gathered up.

Efficient farming is a must in Monster Hunter Rise, as smart use of time means players can spend longer fighting monsters and less time rummaging through piles of old bones. It also allows them to focus on making money fast, which they will need to bankroll all those upgrades and new pieces of armor that are so tempting.

Another important mechanic in the game that may yield some Eroded Skeleton is to explore Buddy Plaza and use the Meowcenaries. These furry friends will explore regions for a price and bring back all manner of resources, some of which can be Eroded Skeleton. While it will never be a huge amount, this kind of passive resource farming is a real-time saver.

Monster Hunter Rise is now available on Nintendo Switch, and a PC port is coming in 2022.
