Details about Call of Duty: Modern Warfare's forthcoming new mode called Warzone leaks once again, and reveals several new information about the battle royale game. The latest leak came from YouTube channel Chaos, who uploaded a Warzone gameplay video that has since been removed. However, just like all things posted on the internet, details from the video were saved before it disappeared and revealed many interesting things about Warzone such as player count and game modes.

According to the video, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare's Warzone will allow up to 150 players, which is almost close to past Modern Warfare Warzone leaks that claimed support for up to 200 players. Of course, it appears that Warzone having a 150 player count is far more realistic than 200, but no one can know the exact numbers for sure until either Activision or Infinity Ward releases an official confirmation. Additionally, standard battle royale features will also be available in Warzone such as support for solo, duo, and three-person teams.

The leak also revealed other details about the game such as armor plating, which players can utilize to protect themselves from others, lootable weapons from downed players, and the availability of vehicles to roam around the map. Other details that emerged from the leaked video revealed that Warzone will support cross-play for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One, and the battle royale mode will apparently be free-to-play and won't require players to own Modern Warfare.

Moreover, Warzone will reportedly have two modes available for players to try out. The first is simply called Warzone and is described as a traditional last man standing mode, where players, whether in teams or individually, must fight to the death and clear out all other players, or those outside their team. The second mode is named Plunder, which is a respawn game mode where the main objective is to earn tons of cash. However, no footage of this exact game mode was shown in the leaked video, but players should expect more details about this soon.

As of the moment, there is still no official word from Activision or Infinity Ward regarding Warzone's release. However, Chaos noted in his video that he was invited by the studio to give the mode a try and capture some gameplay footage. Although the leak appears to be accidental, it did reveal tons of information about the upcoming battle royale mode that Activision or Infinity Ward may be forced to make an official reveal soon.
