Seemingly in the blink of an eye, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered is on the way. The PlayStation store confirmed the release date for March 31, 2020, apparently as an accidental and early posting. But with the game being here in just a day, other things have leaked as well, including the Trophy/Achievement list.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered will be a campaign only, as the name implies, so no multiplayer and no Spec-Ops. This may be something that many fans find disappointing, as the multiplayer specifically has been a selling point for years. That being said, most of the Trophies/Achievements have historically been dedicated to the campaign of the games, and that's obviously the case here.

Clay-more – Kill 11 enemies using Claymores in ‘Loose Ends’.
Bird Hunter – Destroy 10 choppers using the Javelin Launcher in ‘Of Their Own Accord’.
Hot Potato – Destroy the helicopter using frag grenades in ‘The Only Easy Day… Was Yesterday’.
Clown in Training – The U.S. Army Rangers ain’t no place for clowns.
Headbanger – Kill an enemy with the impact damage from a frag grenade to the head.
The challenges in the campaign for Modern Warfare Remastered are expansive, which is exactly what is expected in the remaster. The campaign is filled with explosive set-piece action and quiet stealth moments. Even as the multiplayer is foregone, the campaign is still one of the more impressive in gaming.
Just as with the original Modern Warfare 2, there doesn't seem to be any trophies for the controversial "No Russian" level, which is returning. The brutal mission sees players controlling a terroristic gunman in a horrific scene. Infinity Ward purposely didn't add any hidden items in this mission, nor any "pop-up" achievement moments during the terror. Instead, as the sequence unfolds, the player takes in the moment without any distraction.
Activision has continued to pump-out Call of Duty content as of late, whether that be brand new or nostalgic. As fans complained about the way Ghost looked as an operator for Modern Warfare, he is being made available again for purchase with his classic look in-line with the Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered feel.
It will be interesting to see how fans react to this campaign only remaster. Recent rumors also point to a Modern Warfare 3 Remaster actively being in the works. One of the questions would be if this remaster is more leaning towards the brand new Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered, with only a campaign, or the 2016 Modern Warfare Remaster that saw the campaign and multiplayer all a part of the package.
Activision also recently released Call of Duty: Warzone with fantastic reviews and the title is considered a must-play battle royale. With each passing week or two, they continue to update both Warzone and Modern Warfare with new content, fixes, and more.
