Madden 11: The mobile version of the console classic (check out T.J.'s review), but maintains the feature packed delivery. The graphics are insanely detailed, and some of the mechanics in the console version are in the iPhone version as well. GameFlow, Total Defensive Control and the ability to draw hot routes adds to the gameplay in the mobile edition. The game includes all the teams with the full rosters, and includes 4 modes - bluetooth multiplayer, season mode, playoff mode and exhibition. $7.99 in the app store.

Backbreaker iPhone

Backbreaker: Fight your way to the endzone by juking, spinning and sprinting your way through the defense. Each level adds more players to get by, as well as limiting pathways to run. You can choose from six fictional teams, customize by putting your name on the back of the jersey, changing skin tone and using your favorite number. There are two modes, challenge and endurance, both with different difficulty levels. You can unlock more content by earning gold helmets and passing challenges. 99 cents in the app store.

Flick Kick Field Goal iPhone

Flick Kick Field Goal: After breaking tackles and fighting your way through the defense, tack on a few extra points and stick it to the other team. You control the angle and curve of your kick, and flick to split the uprights. Wind is a factor, which comes from any of the 360 degrees and can be a breeze to heavy winds. The game modes include sudden death, arcade mode, time attack and practice mode. You can also challenge your friends using the leaderboards and achievements via OpenFeint. 99 cents in the app store.

In each level you must avoid obstacles, and battle pigs, crazy fans, tornados and more by flicking Steve around the screen.
