Mizkif has revealed he is planning to stream less on Twitch following his recent return to the platform amidst several controversies. Mizkif has found himself in the middle of many of the biggest developments on the streaming platform in recent weeks. The popular streamer was a vocal figure in the gambling controversy that saw Twitch recently ban gambling sites on streams, as well as Mizkif seeing allegations related to covering up sexual assault from several top talents. Now, Mizkif has confirmed he intends to keep a low profile on Twitch for the time being.

Mizkif confirmed the changes coming to his Twitch schedule during a recent stream, one of the first since the streamer took a hiatus amidst his controversies. While Mizkif didn't reveal any hard changes coming to his schedule, he did express the sentiment that returning to full-time streaming so soon was "stupid" and "too much for him right now." Mizkif was quick to reassure fans that the change shouldn't worry his viewers, claiming he is "perfectly ok" despite the ongoing controversy.

The controversies surrounding Mizkif have seen plenty of Twitch's most well-known creators giving their stance in support of or against the streamer. Mizkif's sexual assault allegations saw the OTK founder suspended indefinitely from the streaming organization, while co-founder Asmongold also previously berated the creator for his connection with CrazySlick. Streamer Adrianah Lee, the reported victim in the claims against CrazySlick and Mizkif, has even said she feels Mizkif should be banned from the platform. Others like Emiru had kinder words for Mizkif, feeling that he wouldn't have protected Slick if he "knew the full story."

The fallout from the accusations levied against Mizkif and CrazySlick has made a major impact on Twitch beyond just the two top streamers. Asmongold previously confirmed his reluctance to return to his main Twitch channel, instead streaming on his alternate account Zackrawrr for the past few weeks. Twitch's gambling ban has also affected several of the platform's biggest creators with streamers like Trainwreck and xQc affected by the gambling ban. Recent updates have seen Mizkif's accusations extended beyond sexual assault cover-up as well, with past racist and homophobic remarks recently coming to light as well.

Twitch has seen several major controversies over the past two months beyond the gambling ban and allegations against top streamers. The platform itself was the subject of significant backlash from both fans and creators after it announced controversial changes coming to Twitch's revenue splits for its largest creators. The newest fiasco also comes as Twitch has increasingly seen more of its most well-loved talents jumping ship for YouTube, with streamers like Ludwig, Sykkuno, and CodeMiko leaving the platform. Mizkif's return to the platform will surely be a mixed reception from his biggest fans and biggest detractors.
