More users are currently streaming on Mixer than YouTube Gaming and Facebook Gaming combined, a new report has found. Despite its userbase, Mixer is struggling to keep up in hours watched, falling behind the other platforms. Twitch's viewership and hours-watched still dominate the field, with Twitch setting new viewership records through Q1 2020.

The information comes from Streamlabs, a live streaming software company that regularly publishes reports on the state of video game streaming. As people around the world shelter at home due to the coronavirus pandemic, it appears that many are turning to live-streamed content as a way to pass the time, causing a noticeable spike in engagement and viewership across platforms.

Currently, Mixer has the second-most hours streamed on its platform at 28.3 M hours, with Twitch claiming the number one spot at 121 M hours. Despite having the second-most hours streamed, Mixer currently has the lowest viewership percentage of any of the platforms, clocking in at just 2% of the total, while Twitch claims 65%. YouTube Gaming Live and Facebook Gaming live accounted for 22% and 11%, respectively.
