Charge the 3 disintegrators to activate the Countermeasure that can be used to keep opponents from entering the university grounds.
8 Unlock Rocket Boots Early
Building universities allows people to unlock and upgrade technological innovations that can provide amazing tools for destroying enemies. The E.E. Golander and Transpositron are a few of the gadgets that can be unlocked to gain an advantage over the monsters in RESEARCH and DESTROY.
The Rocket Boots is easily the most note-worthy gadget in the game. The colorful pair of boots lets people fly into the air and land on their feet. Players can use Rocket Boots to evade enemy attacks and approach teammates in a jiffy.
7 Spend Time On Research
Going on missions with Larry, Gary, and Marie can be exciting. While each mission can lead to dangerous monsters on the map, players must spend time on the world map as well. Players get to spend 40 days between missions to research advanced weapons and technology that can provide an arsenal of modern machinery to the 3 scientists.
People can choose the upgrades they want from the universities and spend time unlocking them. Generally, these upgrades can take less than 15 days to accomplish. However, there are a few pre-requisites that must be achieved before unlocking new research.
6 Wait Till The End Of The Turn
The gameplay of RESEARCH and DESTROY revolves around spending a limited time per turn. Each of the 3 scientists has 8 seconds before the enemy gets a chance to attack them on the map. Although 8 seconds may not be much, it can be used in a variety of ways to finish different missions in the game.

4 Revive Scientists
One of the most important aspects of RESEARCH and DESTROY is the health bar. People get 100 health points to survive the various levels of the game. Newcomers will find that they might take fatal amounts of damage from monsters during missions and end up being depleted of their health bar.
