The Misfit of Demon King Academy is a fantasy series that focuses on the exploits of Demon King Anos Voldigoad following his reincarnation into a relatively peaceful era. Two thousand years ago, during his original lifetime, Anos was referred to as the Demon King of Tyranny and was feared by many as one of the strongest beings in existence. He sacrificed himself in order to end an interspecies conflict that had no end in sight, effectively leading to the current era of peace where demons are significantly weaker than they were in the past.
Among the most overpowered characters in anime, Anos Voldigoad is definitely one of the strongest. He possesses multiple superhuman attributes and immense magic power to back that up. In addition, he is nigh-invulnerable, with powers capable of putting even gods to shame. Here are some of the strongest abilities Anos has shown or is known to possess.
10 Beno Leven
Following the war two thousand years ago, from the story’s present timeline, the wall, Beno Leven, was erected to keep the different species separated. It is an absurdly sturdy construct that could not be penetrated by any force wishing to tear it down, not even by the gods themselves.
The barrier was originally created with the combined power of Anos and a few other prominent figures. It was mostly designed to keep out gods and other tremendously powerful beings. Despite the nature of its initial deployment, it can now be employed by Anos alone to protect himself, even holding offensive capabilities as well.
9 Magic Eyes Of Destruction
Generally, magic eyes allow one to better understand the structure and flow of magic, meaning they allow individuals to learn complex magic relatively easily. However, a stronger magic eyes exist in the Misfit of Demon King Academy series. These are special types, granting their holders unique abilities, and of these special types, are the strong Magic Eyes of Destruction.
These eyes, as implied by their name, possess the ability to destroy multiple things within their user's field of vision. This includes people, objects, and even other spells. They are further capable of rendering individuals unconscious for extended periods of time. As Anos is a being who possesses a pair of these eyes, he is easily capable of all these feats.
8 Bebesd
This spell allows its user to interact with an individual's source. A person's source, also referred to as their core, is the origin upon which their existence is based. It is something naturally invisible to the naked eye and impossible to tamper with.
With the spell Bebesd, however, a person's core becomes tangible to the caster. In this state, the core appears in a ball-like form and can easily be damaged or even destroyed. Additionally, if a person's core is tampered with aggressively, the owner is bound to feel unbearable pain incomparable to that of any other type of injury.
7 Jio Graze
Jio Graze is high-class fire magic originally believed to be the strongest of its class. It was first used by Sasha Necron in her team battle against Anos, however, it was easily countered. Anos, being the supreme being that he is, later showed the true potential of this spell during the inter-academy exams.
He summoned a large mass of energy, possessing a small fraction of the sun's power, and dropped it down onto a lake, evaporating all the water in the area. It is also worth noting that when Sasha cast this spell, she enlisted the help of multiple other students, while Anos effortlessly cast it on his own.
6 Aviastan Jiara
This spell was created by the Sorcerer King Bomiras himself and was fire magic even stronger than Jio Graze. Unfortunately, it possessed a side effect in that its user would be set ablaze upon casting it. However, demonstrating his superior understanding of magic, Anos modified the spell and can now cast it without igniting himself.
Anos mainly uses the ability to coat his own body, meaning that whoever or whatever he touches would be subject to the effects of the spell. It is commonly used in conjunction with other spells like Bebesd, meaning he can significantly damage a core just by touching it, making it a truly formidable ability.
5 Incredible Strength And Speed
Anos has been shown to possess ridiculous strength if the situation requires it, as seen when he casually lifted Sasha Necron’s team castle and spun it on a single finger, consequently throwing it over a considerably large distance. On another occasion, he effortlessly moved the moon with his hands and stated that he would have no trouble doing the same with a star.
With regard to speed, he is also unbelievably overpowered. He is capable of moving much faster than the speed of light and, on one occasion, caught a spear aimed at him, which ignores all laws of distance and even transcends the laws of space-time.
4 Magic Eyes Of Chaotic Destruction
These magic eyes possess the power to alter different laws and concepts that govern the universe. Back in the Mythical Age, the period before Anos’ reincarnation, they served as Anos’ original magic eyes. Through the use of these eyes alone, there is nothing that cannot be destroyed. They are capable of causing chaos on a universal level, ultimately leading to the end of the world.
In addition, they protect its user from other law-altering abilities, as seen when it rendered the Beld Rase Femblem useless, an ability that could predetermine the fate of its target.
3 Gilieriam Naviem
This ability is said to possess the power to destroy the world multiple times and is one of the strongest magic Anos has ever employed. It manifests over seven steps, with Anos’ powers growing exponentially with each step. It can be used to empower different magic to a level that allows them to perform feats they were originally incapable of.
Without even taking a single step after activating Gilieriam Naviem, Anos could obliterate the Gear Sword Vertexfemblem, an extremely powerful sword that had previously damaged his arm. Then, after taking six more steps, he completely defeated the God of Gears Eques.
2 Egil Grone Angdroa
Egil Grone Angdroa takes the form of flames that, if not controlled, will lead to the destruction of the universe and possibly extend to that of thousands of other universes. It draws on the power of both the god of creation and that of the god of destruction, along with that of Anos himself.
There is no limit to what this magic can destroy, and has been explained as extremely difficult to control as it is a form of origin magic. Though it may take the form of uncontrollable raging flames, it actually consists of properties that differ greatly from fire.
1 Demon Sword Venuzdonoa
The Demon Sword Venuzdona is a sword created by Anos himself, capable of infinite destruction. Regardless of whatever plane, reality, law, or concept is targeted, Venudzona is capable of erasing them all from existence. It is famously known as a sword that defies reason as it can also individually alter laws that stand in the way of its purpose.
The main limitation placed on this power is that it cannot be used while Anos is far from the Demon King Castle Delsgade. However, it is not a significant limitation, as Anos can summon the castle from anywhere in the world, though its summoning consumes considerably large magic power.
