Despite having been on the market for over 10 years at this point, Minecraft is still one of the titans of the gaming industry. Minecraft's dominance has continued for such a long time due to consistent updates, a massive community, and its wide appeal and accessibility.

Although, as previously mentioned, it is true the game has received consistent updates throughout its lifetime, recently Microsoft has been hard at work providing the game with massive updates that add new mobs and content. Furthermore, recent news suggests new Minecraft projects are in the works, further showing Microsoft's dedication to the game and its franchise.

However, that has not stopped players from wondering when certain parts of the game will be changed or updated. For example, when Minecraft players were asked to vote on new mobs, many wondered why all the mobs could not be added to the game. Another part of the game that some players believe needs an update is the title screen. While it has received some updates over the years, the title screen can become a bit bland for players logging in frequently; because of this, recently one player decided to create a new title screen for the game.

Reddit user NimbleCEO decided they would tackle the task of creating a new title screen for the game, and to this end designed and animated a new introduction to the menu. Featuring a small segment where the camera pans out of a natural arch and over some hills and a village, the introduction is much more active and animated than any title screen previously seen. Comparable to the Minecraft hunting Warden animation, NimbleCEO's creation is an incredible work that shows a ton of skill as well as dedication to the game.

Other Reddit users agreed with this sentiment, applauding NimbleCEO for their efforts as well as cracking some jokes. One user joked about imagining virtual reality users falling over when the intro spun around and panned over the landscape. Another user stated they would really want the intro for their game, adding that Mojang should take some notes. Other users did bring up that the animation could cause some motion sickness and that it might get old quickly, but other than those criticisms, users loved the clip.

While it certainly has a couple problems, NimbleCEO noted that they are far from done with the animation and will continue to improve on it. Like the Minecraft star destroyer fleet, the animation may take a ton of effort and time, but based on what NimbleCEO has made so far, it is certain to turn out beautifully.

Minecraft is available now on Mobile, PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
