The End has a new layout each time a player enters the world for the first time. Players will require a little bit of luck to see each unique thing The End has to offer. With what The End can bring, players will have an advantage if they know a little more about the world.

10 Clocks Constantly Spin

Having a clock can help players know when it is about to be night. Players can either hold the clock while on adventures or have one framed on the wall for decoration. Venturing into The End with a clock, however, will provide a surprising result.

The clock in a player's hand will start to rotate nonstop. It will go from day to night without stopping, making it seem like days are going by. It makes sense, as The End is otherworldly.

9 Made Of Floating Islands

When players first make it to The End, they will notice the world is made of islands. Falling into the darkness will kill the player and send them to the regular world. Having a few stacks of dirt or other material will make it easier to get around.

Players can also travel across the world to different islands. Some of these islands will be barren, while others might be home to Endermen. Just be careful – the last thing a player wants to do is fall.

8 Can Bottle Up Dragon's Breath

When fighting the Ender Dragon, players might get attacked by a purple breath attack. With an empty brewing bottle, players can pick up this purple mist. When the dragon shoots a fireball, players can also pick up the purple mist from that attack.

Bottling up this purple mist will give players a brewing item. Called Dragon's Breath, the item can only be used to make lingering potions. Players would benefit by having a few empty bottles with them.

7 Endermen Are From Here

As expected from their names, Endermen original from The End. As players are fighting the Ender Dragon, they can see a few Endermen on the same island. At times this can cause an issue, as making eye contact with the enemy will make them attack.

It is interesting to see the Endermen in their natural habitat as well. It would seem that they are under the control of the Ender Dragon, or at least look up to it.

6 Ender Chests Act As Inventory Portal

An Ender Chest found in the Nether

With The End, there is a chest that can come in handy for players. By using an Ender Chest, players can transport items through different chests. The chests can also be used to access inventory through the different worlds.

To build an Ender Chest, players will need 8 obsidian and an Eye of Ender. The Eye of Ender goes in the center of the crafting table with the obsidian surrounding it. Doing this, players will have an easier time building between areas.

5 Can Find Cities

It reveals that Endermen are not the only creatures that live in The End as well. Instead of inhabiting the cities, the shulkers guard the place.

The cities are full of the most valuable loot a player can find in the game. After clearing out the city of enemies and loot, players can use the area as a base in The End.

Players might notice that the music in The End gets a little bit creepy. The darkness and tall enemies roaming the islands will make for a unsettling adventure. The soundtrack does not help out with this.

The soundtrack as players venture through The End features a glitched and distorted version of the normal soundtrack. Players can try to spot out their favorite songs in this new and creepy version of the soundtrack. Sadly enough, as of now players cannot find a music disc version of this soundtrack.

3 Cannot Use Bed

The result of trying to sleep on a bed in The End

Venturing through the many islands of The End might make players want to set a spawn point. Putting down a bed and trying to sleep in it will cause the bed to explode. The explosion that results from trying to use the item is 25% more powerful than a TNT blast.

The explosion will also cause a fire to spread. If the player finds themselves surrounded by enemies, a bed might be useful enough to clear out the crowd. Just be careful, the explosion might be the death of the player.

2 Ships Are Only Place To Find Elytra

One of the ships that can be found flying in The End

Along with the cities, players can find ships 'flying' through The End. The ship can be attached to towers found in the city, sometimes having a bridge from the tower to the ship. Otherwise players will need to build up to the ship. The ship contains a treasure room, guarded by a shulker.

Players can also find elytra in a picture frame, a single-use item that allows players to fly around the world. The front of the ship also has an Ender Dragon's head that players can take if they have the right tools. There are also other chests on the ship which contain random valuables.

1 Can Respawn Ender Dragon

The process used to respawn the Ender Dragon

When The End came out, players were able to defeat the Ender Dragon and 'beat' Minecraft. It is an accomplishment, rewarding the player with XP and a dragon's egg. However, anyone who wants a rematch is able to respawn the Ender Dragon. Players will find it to be an easy process.

Placing four end crystals on the edge of the exit portal will cause the Ender Dragon to come back. The dragon's health crystals will respawn on the obsidian pillars and any player-placed items will be destroyed. Make sure to take the dragon's egg before doing this, as the egg will disappear.
