There have been some impressive creations made in Minecraft since the game released in 2011. Minecraft has become one of the most popular games ever, giving millions of players the tools to create whatever they can dream. Over the years many players have created their own buildings, worlds, and pieces of art in the game. Some have even taken inspiration from other video game franchises, recreating pieces based on the worlds of games such as Final Fantasy, Cyberpunk 2077, and Sonic the Hedgehog.

These creations can be quite impressive, as players have built entire areas such as the city of Midgar and Night City. One gamer has decided to take on an incredible endeavor, building an entire game within Minecraft. They have quite the task ahead of them, as they are building all of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

A Redditor by the name lg_cuber posted images of their Breath of the Wild Minecraft build. While the gamer is going to build the whole game, they currently only have Breath of the Wild's Great Plateau done at the moment. What was shown would be familiar to those who have played Nintendo's RPG, as lg_cuber has done a good job of recreating the area from the game.

In the images we see how much detail has gone into creating the Great Plateau. The area has been captured incredibly well, with the ruins, shrines, and grasslands standing out. lg_cuber even included Breath of the Wild's Guardians in their recreation, faithfully recreating the enemies.

It was stated by lg_Cuber that their recreation of Breath of the Wild will not be a full 1:1 reproduction. According to the gamer, they tried a 1:1 build, but the map felt way too big in comparison to the player, so they scaled it down. It was stated that the interiors of the Shrines will not be included, though lg_cuber did say that they do plan on making the interiors of everything else, including the castle and divine beasts.

The build of the Great Plateau is getting a lot of positive feedback from Redditors. Many state that they cannot wait to see the finished product, and asked if there is a world download, to which lg_cuber responded that they will make one when the whole thing is done. Many do wish lg_cuber good luck, as this is quite the task that they have undertaken. Some joke that they hope lg_cuber's CPU survives recreating Breath of the Wild, while another jokes that they can hopefully outrun Nintendo's lawyers. Breath of the Wild features a big world with a lot in it, so it will be interesting to see lg_cuber try to replicate it all in Minecraft.

Minecraft is available now for Mobile, PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
